The CURT Q20™ 5th Wheel Hitch Head delivers smooth, secure, and dependable towing performance for large 5th wheel trailers and RVs. Engineered with CURT’s advanced Q-Series technology, the Q20™ features a fully articulating hitch head mounted on a spherical axial bearing, allowing smooth and quiet towing with unrestricted head movement and improved turning capability.

Designed for strength and convenience, the dual-jaw locking system wraps fully around the kingpin to minimize chucking and increase towing security. The wide self-aligning head makes trailer hookup easier by helping guide the kingpin into place, while the short-throw handle automatically locks when coupling is complete.

Built for durability, the Q20™ is protected with a highly durable carbide black powder coat finish that resists corrosion, scratches, and UV damage. With a 20,000 lb gross trailer weight rating and 5,000 lb vertical load capacity, this hitch head is ideal for towing large campers, fifth wheel RVs, and heavy-duty trailers.
