The Tornado Frame Fixings 10 x 100mm provide a strong, medium-duty fixing solution for securing timber and uPVC window and door frames into masonry. Designed for fast installation and controlled fixing, these frame fixings are ideal for professional installers, builders, and maintenance teams working across domestic and commercial projects.
As part of the Ace Fixings frame fixings range, Tornado frame fixings are a trusted choice for tradespeople who need dependable performance across a variety of site conditions and substrates.
Reliable Fixing for Standard Frame Depths
The 10 x 100mm Tornado Frame Fixings are well suited to standard frame installations where a secure anchor is required without excessive fixing depth. The built-in countersunk collar helps maintain correct frame positioning by stopping the plug from being pulled into the hole during tightening. The Pozi drive head allows for smooth, controlled installation, helping achieve consistent results with reduced risk of over-tightening. If adjustments are needed, the fixings can be removed cleanly without damaging the surrounding material.
Suitable Substrates & Typical Uses
These frame fixings are designed to perform effectively in common masonry materials, including hollow brick, gypsum block, aerated concrete and sandstone. They are ideal for fixing window and door frames, timber battens and similar medium-duty applications where reliable grip and alignment are essential across mixed substrates.
Other Sizes & Frame Fixings Options
Apart from the 10 x 100mm size, Ace Fixings also stocks a comprehensive selection of frame fixings to suit different fixing depths and load requirements, including: 10 x 80mm, 10 x 140mm, 10 x 120mm, 8 x 120mm, 10 x 160mm and 10 x 120mm.
