1,000mg sodium hydration with full-disclosure electrolyte backup

Raw Nutrition Replenish is a straight-up electrolyte hydration mix. It's not a sneaky pre-workout or a sugary sports drink acting like it fixes real sweat loss. The idea is simple and it works: put back the minerals that handle fluid hold, balance outside cells, muscle squeezes, and nerve signals, with a big focus on sodium to lead the way. That's key because for heavy sweaters, losing sodium is often what messes up rehydration. Just water can thin out your blood sodium and leave you feeling blah, crampy, and slow to bounce back. This stuff fixes that.

The star here is 1,000mg sodium per scoop. That's a real dose for hydration. It's what serious athletes chase to match sweat loss in long workouts, hot spots, or double sessions. Sodium is the main electrolyte outside cells; it keeps blood volume up, helps nerves fire, and makes sure the water you drink sticks around instead of flushing out fast. Then there's 1,200mg chloride to back it up, since sodium and chloride team up for osmotic balance— that's the force that controls fluid levels—and keeps things steady outside cells.

Chloride isn't just filler; it's a key player in fluid control and keeping your body's pH balanced. It pairs naturally with sodium in how your body hydrates. In real terms, this sodium-chloride combo is what makes the formula useful for performance, not just a pretty label.

Magnesium comes in at 50mg. It's not a huge standalone dose, but it's solid support in a hydration mix. Magnesium helps with nerve and muscle function, relaxing muscles, and overall electrolyte balance. It works as a helper in hundreds of enzyme reactions.

Key Highlights

  • 1,000mg sodium per scoop — this is the real deal that sets it apart. It's a hefty hydration hit that boosts blood volume, holds onto fluids, and keeps performance strong for folks losing a bunch of sodium in sweat.
  • 1,200mg chloride — a solid amount of the electrolyte that teams up with sodium to handle fluid balance outside cells. Lots of formulas hype sodium but skip chloride, but real hydration needs both.
  • Sodium-led setup — just what most heavy sweaters want. In gym life, not replacing enough sodium is why athletes feel wiped even after slamming water.
  • 50mg magnesium — a helpful dose for nerve and muscle work, keeping contractions and relaxations smooth. Not a full mag supplement, but it adds good value in your daily hydration.
  • 50mg potassium in the label — it's modest but does the job. Potassium is the top electrolyte inside cells and pairs with sodium to keep the electrical gradients that power muscles and nerves.
  • Fully open label, no prop blends — you see every electrolyte and its exact amount. In a world of shady hydration hype, this lets you check it out for real.
  • No stims, so it's flexible — no caffeine means no timing hassles. Use it before, during, after workouts, on off days, or even at night when you need hydration for recovery.
  • Made for real training, not casual drinks. The sodium and chloride levels fit long sessions, heat, and big sweat better than the weak electrolytes in most store mixes.

Who Is This For?

  • Big sweaters in hot gyms or outside. If your shirt's drenched quick, you see salt on skin, or you feel wiped after water, the 1,000mg sodium and 1,200mg chloride are made for that.
  • Endurance folks on long runs, rides, hikes, or conditioning. This gives real sodium-led electrolyte reload instead of weak products leaving you hanging.
  • Bodybuilders in volume phases. Long sets, heavy sweat, repeat reps up electrolyte needs, and this keeps fluids and muscle function going without stims.
  • CrossFit and mixed-training athletes switching lifts, intervals, and metcons. Those create sweat and fast fatigue if electrolytes dip, so this helps before, during, or after.
  • Athletes cutting or dieting hard with flat muscles, weak sessions, or headaches from low electrolytes. The sodium focus boosts hydration when food's low and minerals drop.
  • Folks with demanding hot jobs who train too. Builders, landscapers, warehouse crews lose sodium big before the gym, and this restores what water skips.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in 16-32 ounces of water based on taste and sweat level. For most workouts, down it 15-30 minutes before to start hydrated, or sip during if it's long, hot, or intense. It's also great right after to reload sweat losses and balance fluids fast. No stims mean no buildup or half-scoop starts for sensitivity; tweak based on your sweat, weather, and food sodium. More water makes it sip-friendly for during, less for quick hits. Stacks easy with creatine, carb powders, EAAs, and stim pres since it's all about hydration, not overlapping boosts. If your pre has sodium, track total for the session. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry spot to avoid clumps from moisture, common with these powders.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: no stim kick since there's no caffeine; it just tastes like real hydration, not fancy water. 10-30 minutes: thirst feels handled better, and if you were low on fluids, you notice steadier vibes as absorption and hold improve. In the workout, you get consistent output, less blah fatigue, and lower odds of flat or crampy feels when sweat gets ahead. For longer hauls, the sodium-chloride base shines over plain water. First week, it gets predictable as you time it to your sweat. By weeks 2-4, the win is reliability: fewer bad days from hydration, better heat handling, and more trust in big sessions.

Key Ingredients

  • Sodium — 1000mg — High-impact electrolyte dose for real sweat replacement
  • Chloride — 1200mg — Completes the sodium-based hydration equation
  • Magnesium — 50mg — Supports muscle and nerve function during depletion
  • Potassium — 50mg — Supports intracellular electrolyte balance and nerve signaling
  • Calcium — 1mg — Trace mineral presence, not a primary performance driver

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Raw Nutrition Replenish different from a basic sports drink?

The biggest difference is electrolyte seriousness. Replenish provides 1,000mg sodium and 1,200mg chloride per serving, which is far more aligned with meaningful sweat replacement than the light electrolyte dosing common in standard sports drinks.

Is 1,000mg sodium too much?

For sedentary use, that would be a lot. For athletes who sweat heavily, train in heat, or do long sessions, 1,000mg sodium is often exactly what makes a hydration product effective rather than decorative.

Can I use Replenish during training instead of before?

Yes. This formula works very well intra-workout, especially for long sessions, conditioning work, endurance training, or any environment where sweat losses are ongoing.

Does Raw Nutrition Replenish contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This is a stimulant-free electrolyte formula, so it can be used any time of day and stacked with caffeinated pre-workouts or coffee without overlapping stimulant load.

How strong is the magnesium dose?

At 50mg, magnesium is supportive rather than a full standalone correction dose. It adds useful neuromuscular support within the hydration formula, but the main performance story here is still sodium and chloride.

Is the potassium dose high enough to matter?

The verified formula lists 50mg potassium, which is modest. It still contributes to the electrolyte system, but this should be understood as a sodium-led hydration formula, not a high-potassium product.

Can I stack this with creatine?

Absolutely. Creatine and electrolytes complement each other well: creatine supports cellular energy availability, while Replenish helps maintain the fluid and electrolyte environment that supports training performance.

When should I use Replenish on rest days?

Use it when hydration demand is still high, such as after travel, sauna use, outdoor work, heat exposure, or if you are recovering from a very sweaty training day. It is not limited to workout windows.

Is this a fully transparent formula?

Yes on the active electrolyte panel provided here. There are no proprietary blends in the verified formula, so you can see the listed electrolyte amounts directly.

Who benefits most from this product?

Heavy sweaters, endurance athletes, high-volume lifters, hybrid athletes, and anyone whose performance drops off in hot conditions will generally get the most from this formula. The more sodium you lose in sweat, the more relevant this product becomes.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.

Slow, sorry but good
Format: Kindle
This was a slow moving book. Lots of character pov chapters, lots of superfluous descriptions and endless courtly appearances stalled this book to start. Once you get into the heart of the story, it takes off. Before you know it the book is done. My favorite character is Reyna. She is so strong. She is true to herself. She gets into a lot of trouble with her headstrong ways but it's entertaining. I have high hopes for Lorcan. He is honorable to a fault. Thane had turned out to be better than I thought but i still don't like him. Eislin is useless. Great plot twists at the end. I'm looking forward too book 2.
