Real NAD+ boost, cell energy defense, and cleanup in just 2 caps

Core Nutritionals Lifeline Longevity is all about supporting your cells for better energy, handling stress, and aging well. It focuses on four big areas: boosting NAD+, powering up mitochondria (those are your cell's energy factories), fighting oxidative stress, and kicking off autophagy (that's your body's way of cleaning house at the cellular level). This isn't some dressed-up multivitamin—it's a simple capsule setup with a few key ingredients at real doses, including branded ones that show they put thought into it.

It kicks off with 500mg quercetin from Sophora japonica. That's a good starting dose based on studies, right in the 500-1000mg range. Quercetin is a natural compound that acts as an antioxidant and helps with inflammation by mopping up harmful particles, cutting down on fat damage, and calming pathways like NF-kB. It also keeps your blood vessels in check by protecting nitric oxide. You'll feel it more over time as it smooths out the daily grind from tough workouts, stress, and getting older—think better heart and immune support without any instant buzz.

Then there's 250mg BioNMN™, a real dose from the 250-500mg range in new studies. NMN turns into NAD+, a key player in making energy in your mitochondria, regulating metabolism, and activating sirtuins for healthy aging. BioNMN™ uses special enteric beads to shield it from stomach acid, so more gets to your intestines where it can absorb properly. Bottom line: if you're taking NMN, this delivery makes it work better than basic stuff that breaks down too soon.

Pyrroloquinoline Quinone, or PQQ,

Core Lifeline by Core Nutritionals contains 500mg Quercetin (Sophora japonica) (95% Quercetin), a clinical dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 500mg quercetin—hits that sweet spot for real results in studies. This amount helps with overall inflammation, blood flow support, and knocking down oxidative stress, way better than a tiny add-in.
  • 250mg BioNMN™—a solid starting dose of this NAD+ precursor. It helps your cells crank out energy, keep metabolism steady, and support the aging process at a cellular level.
  • BioNMN™ comes with enteric bead tech, not just plain powder. That's key because NMN can break down in stomach acid, and this protects it for better absorption in your gut.
  • 20mg PQQ—a legit dose for mitochondrial support, not some weak sprinkle. It helps signal and protect those energy factories in your cells, pairing great with NMN for the win.
  • 1mg Puremidine™ spermidine—right at the useful low end for autophagy. This stuff targets cell renewal, making it a cool pick for long-term health without the hype.
  • 50mg ProGBB™—the full dose you see in good formulas. It boosts carnitine levels to help shuttle fats into mitochondria for energy, adding a smart metabolism twist that most longevity supps skip.
  • 50mg AstraGin®—the proven dose from NuLiv Science to amp up absorption. It boosts gut transporters so your body gets more out of all these ingredients.
  • Six solid ingredients, no hidden blends. Everything's listed clear as day—doses and all—which is huge in a category full of sketchy, underdosed mixes.

Core Lifeline by Core Nutritionals contains 500mg Quercetin (Sophora japonica) (95% Quercetin), a clinical dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Folks in their 30s, 40s, 50s who train hard but now prioritize longevity, cell health, and staying metabolically strong. 250mg BioNMN™ and 20mg PQQ make it great for cellular energy, beyond just workout boosts.
  • Lifters and bodybuilders in chill phases wanting daily help with stress and recovery, minus heavy stims. 500mg quercetin tackles inflammation, while spermidine and NMN dig into cell-level stuff for the big picture.
  • Busy pros needing mental edge who want a simple capsule for sharpness, productivity, and physical staying power with age. NAD+ from BioNMN™ and mitochondrial focus from PQQ beat basic wellness options.
  • Cardio fans and active types doing walks, steady sessions, and weights who need better energy support. ProGBB™ adds carnitine for fat transport, making it more than just antioxidants.
  • Supp users done with vague anti-aging junk and hidden doses. This is all out in the open with real mechanisms, solid doses, and branded ingredients.
  • Health nuts stacking sleep, protein, creatine, fish oil smartly. It covers NAD+, cleanup, cell energy, and polyphenols that basics miss.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules once a day with water. Morning's usually best since BioNMN™, PQQ, and ProGBB™ tie into daytime energy and cell work, not night recovery. If you're new to ProGBB™ or sensitive to heat-up ingredients, start with 1 cap for 3-5 days to check how you feel, then go full. With or without food works, but a light meal can ease any warmth or tummy feel from ProGBB™. AstraGin® boosts absorption, and no stims mean it's fine with breakfast. Stack with creatine, fish oil, magnesium, and protein for a full setup. It's for daily use, not on-and-off, and no cycling like with stims. Keep it cool and dry, lid tight, to keep it fresh.

What to Expect

This stuff is subtle, so day one is more about the easy routine than a wow moment. In the first few days, you might feel some warmth or extra sweat from the 50mg ProGBB™, especially on an empty stomach. No caffeine buzz or peak—it's steady backing. Week 1 is about getting NMN, quercetin, PQQ, and spermidine in regularly. By weeks 2-4, it starts hitting NAD+ levels, cell energy, stress handling, and renewal. If your training, sleep, and eats are solid, you'll notice it amplifying that base—feeling more on point overall.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Core Nutritionals Lifeline Longevity designed to do?

Lifeline Longevity is designed to support cellular energy, mitochondrial health, oxidative stress control, and autophagy-related renewal. It does that with 500mg quercetin, 250mg BioNMN™, 20mg PQQ, 1mg Puremidine™ spermidine, 50mg ProGBB™, and 50mg AstraGin® in a fully disclosed 2-capsule serving.

Is 250mg of BioNMN™ a meaningful dose?

Yes. 250mg sits at the low end of the commonly discussed 250-500mg clinical range for NMN, making it a legitimate entry-level dose rather than a token inclusion. It is also provided as BioNMN™, which uses enteric beadlet technology to help protect NMN from stomach acid degradation.

Will I feel this product right away?

Not like a pre-workout. This is a cumulative formula, so most of its value comes from consistent use over weeks rather than a dramatic same-day effect. The one ingredient some people may notice acutely is ProGBB™ at 50mg, which can create warmth or increased sweating.

Does Lifeline Longevity contain caffeine or stimulants?

There is no caffeine listed in the verified active formula, and this product is best understood as stimulant-free in practical use. Its energy support comes from mitochondrial and metabolic pathways, not central nervous system stimulation.

Why is PQQ included with NMN?

The combination is strategically smart. BioNMN™ supports NAD+, which cells need for energy production and metabolic control, while PQQ supports mitochondrial signaling and resilience. In simple terms, NMN helps support the energy currency and PQQ helps support the machinery using it.

What does ProGBB™ do in a longevity formula?

ProGBB™ is a direct precursor to L-carnitine, which helps shuttle fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production. Its inclusion gives Lifeline Longevity a broader metabolic support angle than many longevity products, although some users may notice warmth or sweating because ProGBB™ also has a known thermogenic effect.

Is the quercetin dose high enough to matter?

Yes. 500mg is the bottom of the established clinical range for quercetin and is a far more serious dose than the 100-250mg commonly seen in weaker wellness formulas. At this level, quercetin is better positioned to support inflammation control, endothelial function, and antioxidant defense.

Should I take this every day or just on training days?

Take it every day. BioNMN™, quercetin, PQQ, and spermidine are all ingredients that make the most sense with continuous daily use because they are targeting cellular function and long-term physiology, not acute workout performance.

Can I stack Lifeline Longevity with creatine and fish oil?

Yes, and that is one of the best ways to use it. Creatine supports phosphocreatine and high-energy phosphate buffering, fish oil supports membrane health and inflammation balance, and Lifeline Longevity covers NAD+, mitochondrial support, autophagy, and polyphenol support.

Is this a complete longevity formula?

It is a strong targeted longevity formula, but it is not a kitchen-sink product that tries to cover every possible healthy-aging pathway. Its strength is that it focuses on a coherent set of mechanisms: NAD+, mitochondrial function, oxidative stress, carnitine support, autophagy, and absorption.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.
