By working with this booklet, you’re in a space where you can think about subjects that are not often part of our daily lives. It helps you to develop a vocabulary for what you are feeling and can serve as a basis for more confidence and empowerment in your sexual experiences. This first version of the ‘Taboekje’ is about your sexuality, as an individual.

We believe that this is where a good relationship to sex starts: within yourself. All exercises are intended to do on your own, you don’t need a partner. Please select your version based on whether you are a person with a penis, or with a vulva. N.B. The ‘Taboekje’ is in Dutch. A translation will be available at some point.
