Its wrinkled rind is covered with pepper and its compact and doughy texture makes it melt on the palate easily. With perfume delicate goat’s milk flavour and intense pepper aroma that increases towards its rind, everyone deserves to enjoy this specially made cheese.
Slightly sweet and sapid with some acidic notes and spicy notes brought about by the pepper, Caprino Treated with Pepper and oil is enjoyable and digestible.
It can be served alone or grated over pasta or Risotto. It also pairs well with dishes like Arrabbiata, and smooth creamy sauce. You can also enjoy it with the wine of your choice, especially Roboso passito.
Ingredients: Organic goat's MILK, salt, rennet, surface refined with organic pepper (3%) and organic extra virgin olive oil (2%)
