Active vitamins, PeakO2®, Sensoril®—this multi does way more than basics.

Inspired Nutraceuticals Multi isn't just a basic safety net for nutrients. It's a vegan multi geared for performance. It uses better vitamin and mineral forms, hits key daily needs with solid doses, and adds real extras for stress, antioxidants, and workout support. That's a step up from most multis that skimp on quality and just add filler herbs.

The vitamins are smartly chosen. Vitamin A comes as 3,000mcg RAE from beta-carotene—a plant source your body converts as needed. You get 250mg of vitamin C, which is plenty for fighting oxidation, building collagen, and keeping your immune system strong. Vitamin D is 25mcg from Earthlight® mushroom powder—a vegan option that helps with calcium use, immune health, and muscle function. Vitamin E is a high 134mg as d-alpha-tocopherol acetate, and vitamin K2 is 120mcg as MK-7. K2 activates proteins that guide calcium to bones, not soft tissues.

The B vitamins stand out. Riboflavin is riboflavin-5-phosphate, B6 is pyridoxal-5-phosphate, folate is 6S-5-MTHF glucosamine salt, and B12 is methylcobalamin. These are the active forms your body can use right away—not the cheap stuff. Doses are strong for thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, pantothenic acid, biotin, and B12. That's key for active folks, vegans, or anyone stressed out, since these help turn food into energy.

Minerals are done right too. Zinc, copper, and manganese are bisglycinate forms; selenium and molybdenum are glycinate complexes. Chelated minerals like these are easier on your stomach and absorb better.

Key Highlights

  • 1,000mg PeakO2® mushroom blend— that's a real dose you don't see in regular multis. It mixes cordyceps, reishi, lion’s mane, shiitake, turkey tail, and king trumpet to help with oxygen use, endurance, and recovery. Not just a tiny bit— this actually supports your workouts.
  • 250mg Sensoril® Ashwagandha— a solid amount of this patented extract with 10% withanolides. It helps you handle stress, keep your mood steady, and recover better. Way better than a weak add-on.
  • Methylated folate instead of folic acid— 800mcg DFE as 6S-5-MTHF glucosamine salt. This is the active form your body uses for methylation— great if you want something that works without extra steps.
  • 250mcg methylcobalamin B12— a good hit of B12, super important for vegans. It supports energy production, making red blood cells, and nerve health. No skimping here on quality.
  • Vitamin D from Earthlight® mushroom powder— vegan-friendly, at 25mcg. It helps with immune support, absorbing calcium, and keeping bones strong— fits the plant-based vibe perfectly.
  • 120mcg vitamin K2 as MK-7— a smart addition. It teams up with vitamin D and calcium to direct calcium to bones, not arteries. That's the kind of thoughtful setup you want.
  • Bioavailable mineral chelates— zinc, copper, and manganese as bisglycinates, selenium and molybdenum as glycinates. Big upgrade from the cheap oxides in budget multis— easier to absorb and gentler.
  • Strong B-complex doses— thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, pantothenic acid, biotin, folate, and B12 all at solid levels. For busy, training folks or those with diet limits, this keeps your energy systems firing.

Who Is This For?

  • Vegan lifters and active plant-eaters wanting quality forms. Vegan D from Earthlight® mushroom, methylcobalamin B12, active folate, and mushroom-adaptogens fit a strong vegan routine better than basics.
  • Busy workers training early or late, needing nutrients plus stress help. B vitamins fuel energy, Sensoril® at 250mg smooths high-stress days that wreck recovery.
  • Hybrid trainers mixing lifts, cardio, performance. PeakO2® at 1,000mg adds endurance support to a daily multi— more workout-relevant than RDA-only stuff.
  • Folks into bone health wanting smart setup. Vitamin D, K2 as MK-7, and calcium handle absorption and use right, not just high calcium alone.
  • People tired of cheap multis that do nothing. Upgrades like 5-MTHF folate, methylcobalamin B12, bisglycinate minerals, riboflavin-5-phosphate, P5P B6 are what you look for.
  • Stressed trainers cutting calories or in tough phases. Multis help when food varies, plus Sensoril® for stress and antioxidants from C, E, mushrooms, broccoli sprouts.

How to Use

Take 4 capsules daily with a fatty meal for best absorption of A, D, E, K2. Sensitive stomach? Split to 2 with breakfast, 2 later. Stim-free, so anytime works— first big meal helps sticking to it. Skip taking with thyroid meds or some scripts at the same time, as minerals might mess with them. Stacks great with creatine, protein, omegas, electrolytes, pre-workout— fills gaps without overlap. No cycling needed; keep it consistent. Store cool and dry, lid tight. New to strong multis? Start with 2 caps a few days, then full dose.

What to Expect

No stims, so no quick kick. First days, it just feels good with food— more solid than cheap multis thanks to premium forms. Week one, it's about steady nutrient fill, not big feels. By weeks 2-4, you notice: even energy from B vitamins, confidence on off-eating days, better bounce-back from Sensoril®. PeakO2® shines with regular use for training prep. It's about a cleaner daily vibe, not hype.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many capsules are in one serving of Inspired Multi Vitamin?

One full serving is 4 capsules, and each bottle provides 30 servings. That serving size allows the formula to include a meaningful amount of vitamins, minerals, PeakO2® at 1,000mg, and Sensoril® Ashwagandha at 250mg without compressing everything into a tiny underdosed tablet.

Is this a vegan multivitamin?

Yes, this formula is positioned as vegan friendly. Key details that support that include vitamin D from Earthlight® mushroom powder, vitamin A as beta-carotene, and a mushroom-based functional complex rather than animal-derived add-ons.

Does this multivitamin contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This is a stim-free daily formula with no caffeine and no classic stimulant ingredients, which makes it easy to use alongside coffee, pre-workouts, or evening routines without worrying about sleep disruption from the multi itself.

What makes this better than a basic one-a-day multivitamin?

The biggest upgrades are ingredient forms and functional extras. Instead of relying on cheap commodity forms, this formula uses active folate, methylcobalamin B12, P5P B6, riboflavin-5-phosphate, bisglycinate minerals, plus PeakO2® and Sensoril®—ingredients you almost never get in generic multis.

Why is vitamin K2 included with vitamin D and calcium?

Because that reflects how mineral handling actually works in the body. Vitamin D supports calcium absorption, while vitamin K2 helps activate proteins such as osteocalcin and matrix Gla protein that are involved in proper calcium utilization.

Is 1,000mg PeakO2® a meaningful dose?

Yes, it is a meaningful inclusion for a multivitamin. PeakO2® is a patented mushroom blend with human exercise research behind it, and its presence gives this formula a legitimate performance angle that standard multis do not have.

Can I take this with a pre-workout and creatine?

Yes. There is no caffeine overlap to worry about, and this formula works well as the foundational micronutrient layer beneath performance supplements like creatine, pre-workout, electrolytes, and protein.

Should I take all 4 capsules at once?

Most users can take all 4 capsules with one meal, but splitting the serving into 2 capsules twice daily is a smart option if you have a sensitive stomach. Splitting can also improve compliance for people who prefer smaller capsule counts per sitting.

Why is the broccoli sprout amount not listed?

The formula includes broccoli sprout, but the exact amount is not disclosed on the verified panel provided here. That means it is a positive addition directionally, but it cannot be assessed as precisely as the fully disclosed vitamins, minerals, PeakO2®, and Sensoril®.

Is this a good choice for people under high stress?

Yes, that is one of the formula’s strongest use cases. Sensoril® Ashwagandha at 250mg gives the product a meaningful stress-support component, and the broad micronutrient panel helps cover the nutritional side of resilience and recovery.

Finally a printer sold for the user, not the person who sells ink!!
Style: All-in-One Printer
Independent and Transparent ink refill reservoirs means no more replacing tri-color cartridge when only 1 of three is depleted. Much less ink waste! And you can just look at the printer and know how much ink is left. Brilliant. No more solid black plastic cartridges. Did not need to waste ink on a test page!! wat?! First print was a full multi-color page and didn't see ink get sucked up like a water spout; and it printed really, really fast and great color brilliance and and and... I'm so glad I spent the extra on this for my home use. I might even start printing photos for framing again. Set up was a touch time consuming (30 minutes? ) but very well instructed via the mobile app. Most of the time was just waiting for the ink to get into the printer - I think around 8 minutes?. Typically I hate that everyone wants you to download an app. I think this one was worth it. Fun extra print features. Usually I think all that is really dumb but this stuff is actually useful.

Great all around printer !
Style: All-in-One Printer, Style: All-in-One Printer
Awesome printer ! The software was a bit cumbersome at first for pc so make sure your pc and anti-virus ate updated and restart your pc and it should be a piece of cake . The ink is super easy to fill, no spills and every color spout is different so you really can't accidentally use the wrong color . It is a little bit on the loud side but not enough to complain about or remove a star especially at this price point . It's a very good price considering the amount of ink it comes with .

Great value, easy set up!
Style: All-in-One Printer
So far I give this Epson Eco Tank ET-2400 a five star review. It was very easy to set up. I bought for printing some legal documents as well as personal ones. The scan feature on this epson printer is amazing. Over the last several days I have been working to upload family photos that were in a bin my mom kept that we have had from well before I was born. These photos some of them are from the 1940's. I have been able to upload probably a thousand photos so far and still am only half way through. The espon scansmart app is amazing as well. I have been uploading up to 6 photos at once depending on the size, crop them and then save them all in a few easy steps. The app is able to detect the photos very quickly and separate them perfectly. I'm so glad I bought this print and I believe the ink will last as long as they claim. Would definitely recommend to family/friends.

Easy to use, Prints great!
Style: All-in-One Printer, Style: All-in-One Printer
Full disclosure, I own a Epson Ecotank at home and I bought this one for my business. I do not print a lot otherwise I would’ve bought a laser printer. For someone who doesn’t do a lot of printing it’s perfect. It prints photos flawlessly as you see in my photo I printed a photo of my grandson. I would say even if your print needs are in the middle this would be a great printer. It doesn’t use much ink at all. And now you can find off brand ink for a fraction of the price of name brand.

Good Printer Imposible Instructions.
Style: All-in-One Printer
Received the printer yesterday and began the process of setting it up. First I needed to download the software and drivers. That's when the pain began. I understand wireless printers and shared network printers. In this case, I wanted to connect the printer to our home wireless network so different computers could access it. The User's Guide spends a little time on a "Wireless Direct" setup where you connect your computer wirelessly directly to the printer, but little time on a LAN printer setup. After loading all the software and drivers, I finally got the printer connected to my LAN, but it took a number of false starts and trial and errors to get the printer on the LAN to be visible to my laptop. There are essentially zero instructions about this in the user's guide. Eventually I got it to print on my laptop. Then I needed to hook it up to my wife's laptop. Again, no instructions on connecting multiple computers to the printer over a LAN. I did know enough to "share" the printer in the printer settings. I eventually installed the complete software and driver package on wife's laptop. When trying to connect wirelessly, I kept getting error codes. After a few hours, I defaulted to the USB cable installation method. Now I could at least complete the installation without errors. When I went to the list of printers on the laptop I saw the epson, but it said "offline". I think that's because what I was seeing was the USB instance of the printer, not the LAN version. I finally went to Device Manager and found a second instance of the epson printer marked "Network". I was able to make this the default and the printer would now print from both laptops. Only about 3 hours more to get a second laptop to print. Since the Epson EP 2400 is a home printer and likely to be set up for wireless operation, it should take a visit by the Geek squad to get it up and running. Epson should be ashamed of their manual and instructions. Now that it's working, it does seem to print well although a bit slow.
