Why You'll Love It

The Cyrus Diamond Station Band is the most architecturally bold piece in our collection — a wide, domed solid 14K gold band set with 12 round brilliant lab-grown diamonds in flush bezel settings, scattered across the full circumference of the band in an irregular, constellation-like arrangement. The flush bezel setting — each diamond set into a circular seat drilled into the gold, held by a thin rim of metal raised flush with the surface — produces a band where the diamonds appear to emerge from the gold itself, as if they were always there, waiting to be discovered. The wide dome profile gives the Cyrus a substantial, architectural presence on the finger that is simultaneously bold and refined — a band that reads as a serious piece of fine jewelry from across a room and reveals its diamond quality up close.

Why D–F Color?

D–F is the colorless range — the highest color grade available in diamond grading, representing stones with no detectable color whatsoever. In a flush bezel setting, where each diamond is surrounded by a rim of gold, color grade matters more than in a prong setting: the gold rim can reflect warmth into a lower-color stone, making any yellow tint more visible. By specifying D–F color for the Cyrus, we ensure that each of the 12 station diamonds appears as a pure, icy point of white light against the gold surface — a contrast that is most dramatic in yellow gold, where the warm metal and the colorless diamonds create a striking visual tension, and most refined in white gold, where the cool metal and colorless diamonds merge into a single field of brilliance.

The Flush Bezel Setting

The flush bezel setting — also called the gypsy setting or burnish setting — is the most secure and most understated way to set a diamond in a band. Each stone is set into a circular seat drilled into the gold, and a thin rim of metal is raised and burnished flush with the surface of the band, holding the stone securely with no prongs, no claws, and no raised elements. The result is a band with a completely smooth exterior profile: the diamonds sit flush with the gold surface, creating a band that is simultaneously brilliant and tactile, with no raised elements to catch on fabric or snag on skin. The flush bezel setting is also the most durable setting for daily wear — with no prongs to bend or break, the stones are held as securely as any setting in fine jewelry.

Why Wide?

The wide dome profile of the Cyrus is what makes it unmistakable. A narrow band with flush-set diamonds reads as delicate and feminine; a wide domed band with flush-set diamonds reads as architectural and unisex — a band with presence and authority. The dome profile distributes the width of the band across a curved surface that sits comfortably on the finger, making the Cyrus feel lighter than its visual weight suggests. The 12 station diamonds are spaced to take advantage of the full width of the dome, with some stones set higher on the dome and some lower, creating a three-dimensional scatter effect that is visible from every angle.

Our Story

In our Queens atelier, the Cyrus was designed as the answer to a question we kept asking ourselves: what does a diamond band look like when it is designed for everyone? The wide dome profile was chosen for its unisex proportions — substantial enough to read as a serious piece of fine jewelry on any hand, refined enough to wear with anything. The flush bezel setting was chosen for its security and its modernity — a setting technique that has been used in men's jewelry for centuries, now applied to a band that is equally at home on any finger. The 12 station diamonds were chosen for their number: twelve, like the hours on a clock, like the months in a year, like the stones in a constellation. Named for the Persian king whose name means “the sun” — the Cyrus is a band that carries light wherever it goes.

Fun with a late blooming omega
Format: Kindle
I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.

Madison Deserved Better
Format: Kindle
Madison was a beta...except she wasn't any longer. She was a late presenting Omega. And she was struggling. She was tall and thin, not tiny and curvy. She was opinionated. She was everything an Omega was not. After suffering through her first heat, her friends took her to Ardor, a club where Omegas came to safely find Alphas. She's not expecting much but then she connects with a sexy beta. And when she meets his Alphas, they set her body on fire. Maybe, she's found her no-strings-attached heat pack. Maybe, she's found something more. I could not connect with the characters in this book, so their story never resonated with me. And there was no love story; there was sex. Grey made it clear from the beginning that he had a true love and it was his beta boy, Rian. He went so far as to reassure Rian “Say the word, I’ll never touch her again. Lucas can put the babies in her. I only need you, beta boy”. So, Madison was there for babies, no emotions needed. Nice. No, thank you. I want the Omega to be the center of their world, not an incubator. Lucas and Rian weren't any better. After her heat, they let her leave. Not one of them made her feel valued. No one gave her a reason to stay or even offered a cuddle. And the sex didn't even come across as mind-blowing. Madison deserved better.

Pretty Darn Good
Format: Kindle
So I’ve been on a omega kick and this definitely hit the spot. Madison was frustrating at times with how she acted towards Lucas, Gray, and Rian. It was like she said towards the end, she didn’t believe she deserved nice things. It would have been nice to hear from her best friends again. They kind of were there in the beginning and the gone except for mention of text messages received from them. I feel like her friends would have been great help in encouraging Madison to go with the pack and never give Brent another chance because he was toxic. I loved Rian. His personality was awesome. His humor. His ability to make Madison comfortable whenever she was feeling overwhelmed. And the fact he fell for her and she fell for him first. They are cute together. I do feel like Lucas was the odd man out though. Like Lucas didn’t develop as much of a relationship with Madison. I would have really liked to see more development in the relationship between them. It was also the same with him and Rian. There is really no relationship displayed. Most of the relationship being displayed is between Rian and Gray. Nevertheless, I loved reading about the dynamic that came to fruition during the entirety of this story. Madison finally got her happiness. And Brent finally got punched in the face. Everyone got exactly what they deserve.
