Light: Aeonium ‘Mardi Gras’ thrives in bright light and enjoys a few hours of gentle direct sun each day. A sunny windowsill is ideal. In lower light the colours may fade and the plant may stretch slightly, so the brighter the position, the better the vibrant variegation will be.
Water: Unlike many succulents, aeoniums grow actively in the cooler months. Water when the top few centimetres of soil feel dry, allowing excess water to drain away. During hot summer periods the plant may enter dormancy and require less frequent watering.
