Release #5 of our Man of Promise Reserve is exclusively matured in Australian Muscat Casks, which have been toasted and charred to Casey's precise specifications. I live in Armenia, and returning the product from here is extremely difficult and expensive, so I’m basically stuck with a non-working iPad that I can’t even use. The whole situation is very disappointing — the product is not as described, it’s faulty, and the seller provides no proper help or responsibility. Do not buy from this seller. The item was dead on arrival, the color was wrong, and the support was useless. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this seller completely.
