Il Guastafeste di Villa Job nasce da uve pinot grigio in purezza allevate in un vigneto posto a 90 metri sul livello del mare, su suoli ricchi di minerali. Dopo la raccolta il mosto fermentato con una lunga macerazione sulle bucce
Colore ramato luminoso nel calice. Naso intenso con note di mela, pesca, fiori primaverili e tocchi di rosa bianca, su uno sfondo minerale e delicatamente speziato. In bocca è fresco, sapido e leggermente tannico sul finale.Il “Guastafeste” di Villa Job nasce da uve pinot grigio in purezza allevate in un vigneto posto a 90 metri sul livello del mare, su suoli ricchi di minerali. Dopo la raccolta il mosto è fermentato con una lunga macerazione sulle bucce in tini di legno, da cui ottiene il caratteristico colore. La maturazione è eseguita in vecchie botti di legno di diverse dimensioni. Un bianco atipico - definito non a caso “ramato” - complesso e ricco: potremo definirlo un bianco vestito da rosso.
Bianco corposo da abbinare a pesci in salsa e carni bianche.
