What is Collagen?

Collagen is a major component of the human body. About 30% of our total body protein is collagen. Collagen is also the major structural component of skin, comprising about 80 % of its dry weight.

Collagen is crucial for mobile joints, stable bones, healthy muscles, strong ligaments and tendons, smooth skin, glossy hair and healthy fingernails.

What's the type and source of our collagen?

Our collagen is Type I and III and is sourced from natural bovine hides. The ingredient is imported from Germany.

• Type I. This type accounts for 90% of your body’s collagen and is made of densely packed fibres. It provides structure to skin, bones, tendons, fibrous cartilage, connective tissue, and teeth.
• Type III. This type supports the structure of muscles, organs, and arteries.

As you age, your body produces less and lower quality collagen. One of the visible signs of this is in your skin, which becomes less firm and supple. Cartilage also weakens with age.

How do I take Collagen Glow?

Collagen glow is easily digested and soluble in hot or cold liquids. 1-2 scoops a day is all you need!

Our collagen is naturally unflavored with no additional fillers, flavourings and additives - it has a neutral and odourless taste and can be added to just about anything!

Add 1-2 scoops to your daily coffee, juice or shakes. You may also cook/bake with Collagen Glow or add it to your favourite dishes.

How long does it take for collagen to work?
