We have designed out Polaris Xpedition Headache Rack to utilize the most storage from your Xpedition. Our Headache rack mounts on your bed rails and is 24" high above your bed. With our Headache rack you are able to store more items for your long weekend getaways. This is a very rigid 3 piece design CNC Laser cut from .125 thick aluminum and then powder coated a mild textured black. The top tray measures roughly 22.5" by 54" long.
