The camel belongs to an Abu Dhabi sheikh and has been left to pasture on this island. The light coloured camel has a distinctive pattern of thick, darker hair growing on its hump and along the back and front of its neck. The ground below the camel is covered in fine sand dotted with small vegetation. This image was taken during Wilfred Thesiger's week and a half long sailing trip around the Abu Dhabi Islands with Sheikh Hazaa bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Sheikh Khalid bin Sultan Al Nahyan and their retainers in March 1948.Due to the nature of these images, prints will reproduce any signs of age, wear or damage that occurred before they were archived by the Pitt Rivers Museum.

Really a beautiful watch but I give it 4 stars because it really doesn't have the 45 mm diameters that were specified in the size, it has the same 41 mm as the rest of the models.

I bought this as a Christmas present for me. It is so nice... OLEVS makes the nicest watches. Their stuff always looks like a million bucks. I frequent their stuff—lots of compliments. I am so pleased to have self-winding watches. I had a Rolex Daytona. It was self-winding.

I got the 2 pack in black. The measurements listed are accurate. I measured my gift before ordering and loved having 2 sizes to choose which made for the better final look. The black is a true black, not light or faded, and the texture and thickness of the material made it look so high quality - way nicer than flimsy drugstore gift bags. Love that the handles are ribbons instead of the cheap stiff paper or rope-like ones. The included tissue paper was a perfect finishing touch and made for an impressive finished look.
