ARIES ActionTrac powered running boards are unique from other power side steps because they are actually two steps in one. This patented step-within-a-step design -- combined with a no-drill bracket installation, control module operation and powder-coated aluminum construction -- truly makes these retractable running boards an asset for the offroad truck or Jeep, particularly as lifted truck steps. ActionTrac powered running boards have one 4" wide step on top of the main housing and one 3" wide that automatically deploys as needed. When the door opens, the control module deploys the power step 8" below the main step, 15" below the doorsill, depending on the model. This two-step design offers enhanced safety and easier vehicle entry and exit, especially on large, lifted vehicles. It's also very helpful for families with young children and for elderly passengers. The boards contour to the vehicle and offer extra protection for the rocker panels from small road debris. For additional safety, the module is able to detect any obstructions during operation to avoid pinch hazards. LED lights are also built into the housing to illuminate the steps when deployed. ARIES ActionTrac powered running boards are made for vehicle-specific installation for a custom fit. They use pre-existing factory holes for the brackets to eliminate drilling. They also do not require any splicing into factory wiring. These particular running boards fit specific years of the Toyota Tundra (see application info to verify fitment). Each set is constructed from powder-coated aluminum to be strong, lightweight and non-corrosive. The quiet, maintenance-free rotary motor is shielded within the main housing, along with the power step pivot points and all electrical components, protecting them from the harsh elements. NOTE: Boards, brackets and wiring are included.

Amazingly versatile

Fun! It is really beautiful and easy to use. It is just about as big as your elbow to your fingers. It is great for necklaces and even bracelets and rings! It doesn’t shake unless you hang heavy necklaces on it. It is really stable otherwise though! It’s really easy to hang on the hook. If you have a clasp necklace, all you need to do is clasp it and put it on the stand. I’m amazed by the different types of jewelry you can put on, you can even put earrings on there but they might get lost so I don’t. Other than that so awesome!

Little smaller in person than I expected but the quality is very nice and the tray looks great on the coffee table. It holds eyeglasses, TV remote and other items I didn't want possibly scratching the table. It looks in person just like the photos.

Nice to have

Good:
It's a good sized leather tray for the price. I'm able to keep my keys, wallet, tv remote, and watch flat within the box. There's not much else to say, it's a leather tray, it just... works. It gives me piece of mind knowing that I'll always find my accessories and belongings nicely tucked into this tray.
Bad:
I'm a fair reviewer, if a product wows me I'll say it wows me. This does not wow me in the craftsmanship department. The product I received contains the leather tray and a leather "floor". The leather floor is a separate piece that sits at the bottom of the tray which completes the complete leather look and provides some cushion to the things inside. This leather floor did not fit perfectly within the confines of the tray. One edge sits slightly tilted upward. To be completely fair, this is a very easy fix. I assumed that the stitching was simply applied too tightly and causes the floor to 'crunch'. I simply reduced the tightness of the stitching and it's perfect now. However, I cannot give it the full 5 star rating I wanted because not everyone is keen on solving issues like this. When people order things, I assume that most people would like a product that looks and feels great straight from the box.
Verdict:
Would still recommend. Despite this being a somewhat niche product it really helps with quality of life. I no longer have to go looking for my keys, wallet, or tv remote between my couch cushions. I know exactly where I'll find them every time and this saves an exponential amount of time in the mornings. As a bonus, the color is really nice and dark chocolate brown which goes with most things and leather is just a nice luxury to have.
