Distilled at NOM 1599 using Tequilana Weber agaves from the Tequila Valley in Jalisco, an area renowned for its rich volcanic soil. The production process utilizes modern techniques, beginning with autoclave cooking at low pressure to ensure consistent and thorough agave softening. The extracted agave juice, obtained through a roller mill, is then combined with natural spring water to highlight the agave's natural sweetness. Fermentation is conducted in stainless steel tanks using only the agave sugars and without fibers, which results in a purer agave flavor. The tequila is distilled twice in stainless steel pots and aged in American White Oak barrels that have been previously used, adding layers of complexity without overpowering the agave essence.
