8g citrulline, 5g creatine, 447mg caffeine—fully loaded.

BlackMarket X Man Sports is a packed, open-label high-stim pre-workout. It focuses on solid pump doses, real performance support, and a stim/nootropic mix that's meant to feel strong. No relying on one star ingredient with junk fillers. You get 8,000mg L-citrulline, 5,000mg beta-alanine, 5,000mg betaine anhydrous, and 5,000mg creatine monohydrate before the focus and energy parts even start. That's all about boosting blood flow, fighting fatigue, helping power, and adding drive and push.

The pump and performance foundation is legit. 8g L-citrulline is at the high end of what's studied for nitric oxide help—nitric oxide is what widens blood vessels. Citrulline boosts arginine better than arginine does, feeding into that pathway for better flow, pumps, and that full muscle feel. Studies back citrulline for blood flow and endurance in workouts, and 8g is a dose you can actually notice. Agmatine sulfate at 1,000mg adds to the pump by working with nitric oxide signals and vessel tone. Pine bark extract brings in polyphenols—plant compounds that support nitric oxide setups.

Beta-alanine at 5g is higher than the usual 3.2-6.4g range in studies for building carnosine in muscles. Carnosine helps buffer acid buildup during tough sets. You might get that tingly feeling soon after, but the real win is after steady use: you handle the burn better and don't fade as quick in long, intense efforts. Creatine monohydrate at 5

BlackMarket X Man by BlackMarket Labs contains 54mg Calcium, a standard dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 8,000mg L-Citrulline — this is a real heavy-hitter for pumps, not just window dressing. It boosts arginine levels to crank up nitric oxide, giving you better blood flow, fuller pumps, and veins popping during sets.
  • 5,000mg Beta-Alanine — that's more than the standard 3.2g daily amount in a lot of studies on muscle carnosine. It helps your muscles fight off that acidic burn, so you can push through tough sets without tapping out early.
  • 5,000mg Creatine Monohydrate — a full daily dose of the top strength booster out there. It helps recharge your muscles' quick energy for explosive moves, better repeats, and steady strength gains over time.
  • 5,000mg Betaine Anhydrous — a big dose for a pre, way above what most throw in. Betaine acts as an osmolyte—pulling water into cells—and methyl donor, perfect for boosting power, workout capacity, and that swollen muscle feel.
  • 1,000mg Agmatine Sulfate — a solid pump booster that pairs great with citrulline. It amps up nitric oxide signals and blood flow for deeper vascularity and fullness.
  • 447mg Total Caffeine — 350mg straight anhydrous for quick kick, plus 133mg from di-caffeine malate for a smoother, longer ride. You feel the fast hit and then it keeps going.
  • 1,000mg L-Tyrosine — a good amount in a high-stim setup where your brain needs the fuel. It supplies building blocks for dopamine and norepinephrine, keeping you focused and steady even with all the stims.
  • 800mg Alpha GPC 50% — gives about 400mg real Alpha GPC, a solid brain booster for workout focus. It supports acetylcholine signals, which lots of folks feel as sharper concentration and better connection to their lifts.

BlackMarket X Man by BlackMarket Labs contains 54mg Calcium, a standard dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in growth phases who want a pre that makes volume sets pop instead of drag. 8g citrulline, 1g agmatine, and pine bark deliver real pumps, while Alpha GPC and tyrosine sharpen that muscle connection in long workouts.
  • Powerbuilders hitting big lifts then high reps. 5g creatine, 5g betaine, and 5g beta-alanine support energy, power, and burn resistance—spot on for strength-volume mixes.
  • Seasoned high-stim fans who've moved past basic 200mg caffeine stuff. 447mg total plus Eria Jarensis, synephrine, and dendrobium are for those who crave a big CNS push and know their limits.
  • Early morning lifters needing quick wake-up and drive before set one. Caffeine blend hits fast, tyrosine and Alpha GPC lock you in better than caffeine alone.
  • Athletes in heavy training blocks who start strong but fade late. 5g beta-alanine and creatine help repeats, pumps keep quality up as you tire.
  • Gym rats who like open labels to check doses against studies. Exact amounts on all keys make it easy to see nothing's underdosed.

How to Use

Best to take 20-30 minutes pre-workout, giving caffeine, tyrosine, Alpha GPC, and pumps time to ramp up before heavy stuff. Start with 1 scoop if new or not used to high stims—2 scoops are intense at 447mg caffeine plus extras. Mix 1 in 10-16 oz water or 2 in 16-24 oz, tweak for taste. Shaker's ideal since it's a big scoop and might settle. Lots of people like it on empty or after light food—heavy meals can slow the kick. Don't add other stim pres, fat burners, or big coffee unless you're counting intake. Stack with intra carbs, electrolytes, EAAs, or pure pump if stims stay the same—most won't need more. Tolerance builds, so save full scoops for big days or cycle down sometimes. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry spot for best powder.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: mixes like any pre powder, just drink with water. Minutes 10-20: caffeine starts hitting, plus beta-alanine tingles at 5g and growing alertness. Minutes 20-40: prime time, with the caffeine duo, tyrosine, Alpha GPC, and pumps fully on for early sets. Minutes 40-90: stays strong, di-caffeine malate keeps it going past the initial rush. Days 1-7: stims, focus, and pumps hit right away, while creatine and beta-alanine build up. Weeks 2-4: steady use makes the base even better, with topped creatine and carnosine helping you fight fatigue in tough workouts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in BlackMarket X Man Sports?

At the full 2-scoop serving, BlackMarket X Man Sports delivers 447mg total caffeine. That comes from 350mg caffeine anhydrous plus 133mg Infinergy di-caffeine malate, which provides both a fast onset and a more sustained energy curve.

Is BlackMarket X Man Sports a high-stim pre-workout?

Yes. With 447mg total caffeine plus Citrus aurantium extract standardized to synephrine, Eria Jarensis extract, and dendrobium extract, this is firmly in the high-stim category and best reserved for experienced users.

Why does this formula include both creatine and beta-alanine?

They solve different performance problems. Creatine supports phosphocreatine regeneration for explosive ATP demand, while beta-alanine increases muscle carnosine over time to help buffer acidity during hard efforts and delay fatigue.

Do I need to take BlackMarket X Man Sports every day for best results?

The energy and focus effects are immediate, but some benefits build with consistency. Creatine monohydrate at 5g and beta-alanine at 5g work best when used regularly enough to maintain saturation, so consistent use improves the formula’s long-term performance value.

What does 800mg Alpha GPC 50% actually mean?

It means the ingredient is standardized to 50% active Alpha GPC, so 800mg provides about 400mg actual Alpha GPC. That is a meaningful amount for pre-workout focus and cholinergic support.

Will this pre-workout make me tingle?

Very likely. The formula contains 5,000mg beta-alanine, which commonly causes harmless tingling or flushing sensations called paresthesia, especially when taken on a relatively empty stomach.

Is the citrulline dose actually strong enough to matter?

Yes. At 8,000mg L-citrulline, this formula uses a genuinely high dose that aligns with the upper end of the commonly studied range for nitric oxide support, blood flow, and the fuller muscular pump users expect from serious pre-workouts.

Can I stack BlackMarket X Man Sports with coffee or an energy drink?

That is usually a bad idea unless you are very carefully managing stimulant intake. A full serving already supplies 447mg total caffeine before accounting for synephrine and other stimulatory ingredients, so additional caffeine can push side effects up fast.

Is this product beginner-friendly?

No, not at full serving. A beginner could test 1 scoop for tolerance, but the full 2-scoop serving is designed for experienced users who want a highly aggressive pre-workout experience.

Is the formula fully transparent?

Yes. There are no proprietary blends on the active panel, so every significant ingredient and dose is disclosed, including the pump, performance, stimulant, and nootropic components.

Solidly Enjoyable Romantic Suspense
Format: Kindle
All the Missing Pieces by Catherine Cowles Catherine Cowles delivers a compelling romantic suspense novel in All the Missing Pieces, the story of Colt and Ridley. Colt is the dedicated sheriff of Shady Cove, a quiet small town shaken by past tragedies, including the attempted kidnapping of his sister, Emerson. Ridley, a true crime podcaster, arrives in town searching for answers about her twin sister Avery’s disappearance on the night before their college graduation. What begins as an enemies-to-lovers dynamic between Colt and Ridley slowly transforms into a poignant story of healing, trust, and love. This book is a perfect blend of heartfelt emotion and gripping suspense. Ridley’s grief and determination to uncover the truth about Avery are deeply tragic, adding layers to her character and her growing connection with Colt. The small-town setting and the suspenseful plot keep the pages turning, and the romance feels both organic and tender. Cowles’ writing is on par with her other works—effortless and engaging. I found myself completely immersed, reading and listening to the book in a single evening. (Mild Spoiler!!!) My only critique is the identity of the killer, which felt too far outside the realm of possibility, slightly diminishing the story’s otherwise strong credibility. Overall, All the Missing Pieces is a thoroughly enjoyable read, balancing emotional depth with suspense and romance. Fans of Catherine Cowles and the romantic suspense genre won’t be disappointed.

Great crime thriller! Fun,crazy, strong main character! Surprising & shocking twists! Perfection.
Format: Kindle
Wow what a great read this was !! I just finished it and truly enjoyed this. It had everything that I wanted in a book. I loved the mystery and the crime thriller in this mixed with some really fun found family, love, and crazy fun banter. My heart broke with the journey and the losses and the heartfelt struggles to move forward after loss. I loved how smart, strong and wonderfully crazy Ridley was. It made the story so fun even with the crime saga journey. Loved all the characters and how well they were described. You could honestly picture everything. This had a surprising twist at the end that made it all come together and really shock you. I actually yelled out "OH NO HELP HER! at one point of the book and walked away for a minute and then had to immediately jump back in. lol I really enjoyed this book! Really needs to become a series of this type of crime solving. Great writing. I have found a new great author to follow because I now have to have more of her writing.

If you have read one, you have read them all
Format: Kindle
Catherine Cowles isn't a bad author, but she's incredibly predictable and NEVER deviates from her formula. It's getting to the point it's grating at this point. I feel like I should have a checklist. - heroine is feisty but vulnerable? Check - hero is grumpy with some cutesy nickname for the heroine that he WAY overuses? Check - there will be some mystery in the plot and heroine will need rescuing because of danger she manages to get herself into multiple times? Check - characters have bizarre names you will rarely encounter in real life and I swear are the results of a love affair with a baby name book? Check, but tbf these aren't too bad, usually her books are worse - plenty of quirky side characters with potential for additional books? Check If you want predictability and safety then by all means, go for it. There's just something about her books I'm rapidly losing interest in. I think it's the cutesy pet names the hero gives the heroine I can't stand anymore. They are NEVER something you'd hear on real life and they are very overused. Why can't she ever make it based on the character's name? Why is it ALWAYS some random word like "chaos" or "trouble" or "rebel" or "reckless"?

My first 5+-starred read of 2025!
Format: Kindle
This! This is Catherine Cowles's best work to date, and I'm saying that as a reader who has perused all her books and have enjoyed the heck out of them. All the Missing Pieces is a complete standalone; yes, there's a mention of a character from a previous Cowles novel, and I wouldn't mind a novella for two supporting characters, but for all intents and purposes, this romantic suspense masterpiece can absolutely be read on its own. If you're new to this author, this book is an amazing place to experience her storytelling; if you've read Cowles before, sit back and relish all of the small-town rom-sus goodness. When Ridley Sawyer Bennett (27) arrives in the small town of Shady Cove, California in Bessie the van with cat Tater riding shotgun, she quickly wears out her welcome when her true intentions come to light. The true crime podcaster is connecting dots, suspecting unsolved abductions, including her own twin sister's from five years ago, and murders are linked to one person--and that it all began with what happened to Emerson Sinclair nearly a decade ago. The residents of Shady Cove, however, are protective of Emmie, most especially the town's sheriff, Colter Brooks (36). He wants nothing more for Ridley to up and leave, but Colt is also at war with his pesky attraction to her. Soon, they're not only teaming up, they're diving into their fiery connection. Are they wading into long lost answers or could they quickly drown in danger? Unsolved crimes, undeniable chemistry, small-town feels, AND fur babies?! Catherine Cowles delivers what has just become my very first five-plus-starred read for 2025. All the Missing Pieces is her first traditionally published novel, and let me just say this: The hype is oh-so-real. Cowles kept me on my toes, leading me to second-guessing whoever I had atop my list of potential suspects. Heck, there was a point in the story where I actually wasn't sure about the entire list I had! So, the suspense aspect was a hit with me, and the romance? Gah! The tension between Ridley and Colt was superb! Think not merely a chef's kiss but several of them. This book grabbed me from the get-go and just never let go. Five-plus stars!

Good skincare products, see review for tips!
These products are skincare for men. I am a woman but I tried them out (I have skin too). Here are my thoughts and some tips. First of all, this is a pretty good value to get these three full-sized products. Face Scrub: This is a dark green scrub for washing your face. It has a pleasant scent. It has little beads for scrubbing and exfoliation to get rid of those dead skin cells if you have them. I usually find facial scrubs drying and even irritating, this one actually worked very well and did not dry or irritate my face. I have really delicate, soft facial skin so I think this would be great for men’s facial skin which is probably not as delicate. I would recommend to make it easy, right before you shower, put some in your hand with some water and lather it up in your hand, then massage it around your face. You can do this harder if you need a good scrub, or softer. Then hop in the shower and let the shower rinse it off. Much easier than trying to splash it off your face with water! And it says only use 3-5 times a week, this is probably due to the exfoliation part, you don’t want to do that every day. If you are out all day and grimy or sweaty, that would also be a great time to use this. Facial Moisturizer: This is a creamy moisturizer. It has some really good ingredients. I think it would work for dry, combination, or oily skin, it’s really an all-purpose type facial moisturizer. It says it’s unscented, there is a mild scent but it’s more like a utilitarian scent, I don’t know how to describe it, but men probably would be fine with it. Eye cream: This is a great eye cream. It doesn’t have a scent, goes on really nice, and is soothing and moisturizing. Men, if you use anything, use this! I often see older men with dry skin around their eyes when it would be so easy just to put some eye cream on in the morning, not only will it makes around your eyes look better but they will feel so much better. If I don’t use eye cream, the skin around my eyes feels dry all day, especially in winter. There is a solution! So this is a great gift if you think the man in your life would use it. It’s in a nice box. The only thing I was a little surprised at was when you open the box the three products are just loose in there, I expected there to be some packing or something inside.
