Alla vista è di un bel giallo paglierino. Prevalentemente fruttato il naso, caratterizzato da rimandi all’ananas, al mango e alla frutta tropicale in genere, poi arricchito da sottili sfumature vanigliate e di boisé. L’assaggio è vellutato e di buon corpo, fruttato come l’olfatto e di ottima lunghezza.Diraspatura dei grappoli, macerazione a freddo, pressatura soffice e fermentazione a temperatura controllata, poi cinque mesi di invecchiamento, parte in acciaio e parte in tonneau e botte grande. Imbottigliamento nel marzo successivo alla vendemmia. Pochi i segreti, poche le regole e semplice la ricetta, ma eccellente il risultato, dato dallo Chardonnay “Saleit”, bianco dell’Alto Adige prodotto da Kaltern. Ricco di frutto e mai fuori tono, si esprime con un sorso puntuale ed estremamente gradevole. Sceglietelo per accompagnare interi menu a base di pesce, e di certo non avrete brutte sorprese.
Ottimo per accompagnare la cucina di mare, è ideale per essere abbinato al sauté di vongole.

A must have for sensitive skin

I am now on my second set of these pillowcases, and I can’t recommend them enough. I have extreme skin sensitivities; anything even slightly rough against my face will give me a rash. These are incredibly smooth and have been a total game-changer for my skin. I love them so much that I actually travel with one to put over hotel pillows whenever I’m away from home.
