Strong women's multi with zinc, lutein, lycopene, and everything out in the open.

FN FIT Women Multivitamin is a strong daily option for women, loaded with high vitamin doses, wide nutrient coverage, and extras that make it better than your average store multi. The idea here is to flood you with key antioxidants, boost the B vitamins way above the minimum, add solid minerals for immune and energy support, and throw in carotenoids plus CoQ10 for that extra edge in daily performance.

It starts with the big vitamins. You get 1,000mg of vitamin C as ascorbic acid—that's a solid antioxidant hit that teams up with zinc for immune help. Vitamin A is at 5mg, vitamin D3 at 1.6mg as cholecalciferol, and vitamin E is a big 600mg from dl-alpha-tocopherol. Bottom line: this isn't for light maintenance. It's built to give you a real daily boost in antioxidants and fat-soluble vitamins, but watch your total from other supps since these are hefty doses.

The B vitamins are cranked up: thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, and pantothenic acid all at 25mg, folic acid at 400mcg, and B12 at 250mcg. This helps your body turn food into energy, especially from carbs, fats, and proteins. Biotin is huge at 50mg, way over the usual 2.5mg. Biotin helps with enzymes for making fatty acids, creating glucose, and breaking down amino acids, plus it affects gene stuff through histone biotinylation. Real talk: it's popular for hair, skin, and nails, but if you're not deficient, the proof is iffy, and high doses can mess with lab tests. That's important to know.

The mineral profile is one of the stronger aspects of this formula. Zinc is included at 30mg as zinc glucona

Formutech Women Multi by Formutech Nutrition contains 5mg Vitamin A, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 1,000mg Vitamin C — a solid antioxidant punch that boosts immune support and works great with zinc for cell protection. This is way more than a tiny add-in and makes it a real daily base.
  • 30mg Zinc as zinc gluconate — a good dose in the 11-45mg range that's backed by research. Zinc helps with immune stuff, healing, fighting oxidation, and enzyme work, so this is a top feature here.
  • 2mg Copper as copper citrate — paired smartly with the zinc to keep things balanced. Copper handles reactions for energy, tissue building, and antioxidant enzymes like superoxide dismutase, which is why good multis include it instead of just loading zinc alone.
  • 20mg Lutein — a big amount for a women's multi. This stands out, especially if you're worried about eyes and stress from staring at screens all day.
  • 20mg Lycopene — another solid carotenoid that basic multis skip or skimp on. It helps with antioxidant protection and rounds out the formula beyond just vitamins.
  • 50mg Biotin — way higher than the usual 2.5mg for beauty support. It fits the hair, skin, and nail vibe, but heads up, this dose can throw off some lab tests.
  • High-dose B-complex — thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, and pantothenic acid at 25mg each, B12 at 250mcg. This fuels the systems that turn carbs, fats, and proteins into energy you can use all day.
  • Chromium picolinate at 200mcg — a researched mineral for helping with glucose and insulin. It gives this multi a better metabolic edge than plain vitamin ones.

Formutech Women Multi by Formutech Nutrition contains 5mg Vitamin A, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Active women hitting the gym 3-5 days who want a real daily nutrient base, not a weak gummy. Strong B-complex, 1,000mg vitamin C, 30mg zinc, and carotenoids fit training and recovery needs better than basics.
  • Women cutting for recomp or fat loss needing backup while calories drop. Wide vitamins and minerals fill gaps, plus chromium picolinate and vanadyl sulfate add metabolic help generics skip.
  • Busy folks training around work with lots of screen time. 20mg lutein and 20mg lycopene give better eye and antioxidant support than most in the game.
  • Women into hair, skin, nails but wanting it in a full multi, not a gimmick. High biotin mixes with vitamin C, zinc, A, and E for skin and protection.
  • Lifters getting stimulants from coffee or pre who don't want more in their multi. Stim-free, with CoQ10 and B-complex for cell-level energy.
  • Folks who want full disclosure to check doses like zinc, copper, lutein, lycopene, chromium, and CoQ10 against real ranges.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules daily with breakfast or lunch. Food helps, since fat-soluble stuff like vitamins A, D3, E, lutein, and lycopene absorbs better with fats, and the B-complex with niacin goes down easier. If your stomach is touchy, ease in with 1 capsule, then 2, then full 3. Don't double up just because it's a multi—doses are already strong. Stacks well with fish oil, creatine, and extra magnesium if you need more than the 100mg oxide here. Don't mix with other high-dose multis or fat-soluble vitamins without checking totals. Pick a consistent meal. Store cool and dry, lid tight. If labs are coming, mention the 50mg biotin and maybe pause based on doc advice.

What to Expect

Day one, no big rush—this is a multi, not an energy booster. In the first few takes, you might feel better with food, thanks to niacin and the vitamin load. Days 1-7, it's about knowing your bases are covered stronger than a basic pill. Over 2-4 weeks, it clicks, especially with spotty eating or hard training under stress. That's when high vitamin C, B vitamins, zinc-copper, and carotenoids shine. It's all about steady support, not instant feels.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many capsules are in each serving of FN FIT | Women Multivitamin?

A full serving is 3 capsules, and each bottle provides 30 servings. The 3-capsule format gives the formula enough room to include a broader active profile than a typical one-pill multivitamin.

Does FN FIT | Women Multivitamin contain any proprietary blends?

No. The formula is fully disclosed, so every active ingredient and every dose is listed on the label. That makes it much easier to evaluate than women’s multis that hide extras inside a beauty or wellness blend.

What are the standout ingredients in this formula?

The clearest standouts are vitamin C at 1,000mg, zinc at 30mg, copper at 2mg, lutein at 20mg, lycopene at 20mg, biotin at 50mg, and chromium picolinate at 200mcg. Those are the inclusions that most clearly separate it from a basic women’s one-a-day.

Will I feel this multivitamin working right away?

Not in the way you would feel a stimulant product. This is a daily foundation formula, so the value is cumulative over consistent use, though some users notice that taking it with food feels smoother because of the niacin and higher vitamin load.

Is the magnesium dose in FN FIT enough to replace a standalone magnesium supplement?

Not for most people. It provides 100mg magnesium as magnesium oxide, which contributes to intake but sits below the 310-420mg range often used to address insufficiency, and oxide is not the premium form most users choose for standalone magnesium support.

Why does this formula include both zinc and copper?

Because that is the smarter way to formulate a higher-zinc daily product. Zinc at 30mg is meaningful, but copper at 2mg helps maintain mineral balance and supports antioxidant enzymes, iron metabolism, and connective tissue physiology.

Is the biotin dose in this formula high?

Yes, very high. FN FIT contains 50mg biotin, which is far above the 2.5mg level commonly used in beauty supplements. That may appeal to users shopping for hair, skin, and nail support, but it also means you should be aware of lab test interference.

Can I take FN FIT with a pre-workout or coffee?

Yes. This formula is stimulant-free, so it does not add caffeine or other central stimulants to your day. It works well as a separate daily foundation alongside your training supplements.

Does this product contain any allergens or non-vegetarian ingredients?

Yes. The disclosed inactive ingredients include wheat flour and gelatin, so it is not appropriate for strict gluten-free users or vegetarians who avoid animal-derived capsules.

How does this compare to weaker marketplace versions of the formula?

Competitive landscape data indicates some retail variants omit minerals like magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, and chromium and use far lower levels of biotin, lutein, and lycopene. This version is more complete and better aligned with a true daily women’s multivitamin profile.

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

thorn of mine
Format: Paperback
| fantasy romance | high fantasy | witch x necromancer | rune magic | death-made | fire mage | court politics | morally grey | political intrigue | mystery | secrets | enemies x lovers | quest | single POV | SLOW burn | feminine rage | SPICY | touch her and dxe | OCD rep | nicknames | anxiety rep | forbidden romance | cliff-hanger | plot-twist | one horse | care taking | It’s been a few years since I last read a story by Lisette Marshall, and I was instantly reminded why I love her work. Lisette is a master of weaving together rich fantasy worlds, complex characters, and heart-stopping romance. Lisette builds amazing worlds, develops intriguing characters, and crafts plots full of twists and turns. The final 30% had me wide awake in the middle of the night, anxious, thrilled, but also kicking my feet and grinning like a fool. Lisette truly knows how to build tension and then deliver an ending that causes a complete and utter crash out. The dynamic between Thraga, a rune witch on the run, and Duralin, a necromancing fire mage with secrets of his own, was absolutely electric. Their banter? Unforgettable. The dialogue was brimming with wit, tension, and just the right amount of venom. Underneath all that verbal sparring, though, was a surprising tenderness. A quiet, aching vulnerability that made their connection feel raw and real, while being layered underneath a resistance full of tension and hidden yearning. I especially admired the OCD and anxiety representation woven naturally into the story; it added authenticity and depth without ever feeling forced. The nature of OCD is repetitive, and the reality of anxiety is that it is always lurking beneath the surface. I found the representation to be so realistic and relatable. The world-building was lush, the mystery was gripping, and the slow burn? One of the slowest and most satisfying I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading and experiencing. The story unfolds entirely through Thraga’s POV, but Lisette gifts us a glimpse into Duralin’s mind at the end, truly, a perfectly placed moment that leaves you thirsting for the next book. The Death-Made Prince is everything I want in a fantasy romance: morally grey characters, delicious tension, sharp and cutting banter, and a world that feels alive with magic, secrets, and mystery. It’s easily one of my favorite reads of 2025, and I cannot wait to see what comes next. This is absolutely one of my favorite reads of 2025. I highly recommend The Death-Made Prince by Lisette Marshall. Happy Reading, Friends xx

Dark, Twisty, Unforgettable
Format: Kindle
Thank you Lisette Marshall for the free gift! I really enjoyed this one, though I did feel it ran a bit long. Some of the pacing dragged, especially near the end where the characters seemed to face one too many “captured by the enemy” moments before the story moved forward again. Still, despite those slower stretches, the slow-burn romance was absolutely perfect. The tension between Thraga and Durlain built so naturally that when their connection finally deepened, it felt completely earned. The worldbuilding was rich and immersive, filled with fascinating magic and political intrigue that felt both original and grounded. The rune-based magic system, in particular, was such a refreshing and creative element. And as always, Lisette Marshall’s characters were layered, flawed, and endlessly compelling. Even with a few pacing hiccups, this story pulled me in completely, and that ending left me reeling. Lisette Marshall continues to prove why she’s one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to see where she takes this series next. It promises to be dark, twisty, and unforgettable.

The banter was bantering, and the slow burn was 🔥🥵🌶️🙌🏻
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Two enemies, one desperate bargain, and an attraction that could ultimately destroy them both? I don’t know about you guys, but this was the perfect recipe for an all-night, feet kicking the air read! This book has it all: 🖤 Necromancer X Runewitch ⚔️ Norse Mythology 🖤 Deadly Quest ⚔️ OCD Rep 🖤 Enemies-to-lovers ⚔️ Morally Gray MCs 🖤 Reluctant Allies ⚔️ Feminine Rage 🔥 A slow burn so good you’ll be begging for more! What I loved: 🖤 The unique world-building. I’ve read a lot of witchy reads before, and they usually follow the same pattern, however, involving descendants of dragons (Fireborn) and Necromancers really created a unique spin to the witchy market. The rune magic system was intriguing, and in action, I found myself completely enamored with it and Thraga. 🖤 The OCD representation. Let’s be honest, if you don’t have OCD, you don’t often think about it, but to those who do experience OCD, even in minor forms, seeing a FMC with OCD was refreshing and added layers to her character. Thraga has been through so much trauma, and it translates into her OCD, showing her need to have control over some aspect of her life and body, when in reality, her OCD has taken complete control of her. Throughout the story, Durlain helps her to realize just how much the OCD (and other “things”) have taken away from her ability to truly be free. It is one of the most endearing arcs I have read in a while. 🖤 The tension and banter. This wouldn’t be a highly ranked read for me without the perfect balance of tension and toe curling banter. This is a SLOW BURN, but it is so perfectly paced and balanced. When things finally combust (and boy, do they), it is so tremendously satisfying that you don’t even care how long it took to get to that point. It was earned in every way. I highly recommend this book to any romantasy and paranormal romance enthusiast. It hits all of the right marks, and the ending will have you staring at the wall. I am going to be incredibly surprised if this doesn’t get picked up by a traditional publisher at some point, it was that good! Final rating: 4.5 ⭐️ 1.75 🌶️ 🚨 Check TWs 🚨
