"Fall seven times and stand up eight.
It goes without saying that when a skateboarder nails a trick, it's just beautiful. And you've got to admire the dedication it takes to make it look effortless, which comes with countless attempts and falls. We wanted to freeze that split second just after bailing, when skater and deck are just chaotically suspended in air against the backdrop of the city.
We also wanted to make use of a bar bender that had been impulsively bought and gathering dust in the workshop since said purchase, so we thought it'd be a nice touch to bend our own miniature hand rails for the composition.
