Lightweight, Durable and Convenient to Carry! Waxed Canvas Tool Tote with Excellent Storage Capacity!
Story
A light yet durable tote bag makes it a snap to organize tools or sewing notions. The Waxed Canvas Tool Tote is fitted with exterior pockets for convenient storage of smaller items, and its wide basket-like shape is both stylish and practical. The waxed canvas fabric is woven in the Kansai region of Western Japan, which is then dyed, treated and sewn in a studio in Osaka.
It is water repellent and extremely durable. The unique texture of the canvas gains luster and softness as you use it.
Our Canvas Pouches and waxed canvas accessory pouches are a perfect complement to the Waxed Canvas Tool Tote. Up to three can nest inside as removable compartments for effortless storage. You can customize the number of pouches depending on what you want to store at that time.

Tote bag｜ICHIMARUNI / Osaka
"Ichimaruni" represents the number 102, which also sounds "人に: HITONI" means "for people" in Japanese. Ichimaruni creates bags that are close to the person who carries them and that value "a sense of presence that appears without being too assertive".

Handling Precautions
- This product is made of paraffin coated canvas. When folded, the paraffin component breaks and whitens, and a line called a chalk mark appears on the surface.
- Paraffin-coated canvas has a hard texture and smells like candle wax at first, but the more it is used, the softer it becomes and the less it smells.
- For surface dirt, quickly wipe off with a lightly wet cloth or use a white eraser to remove it.
- For oil-based stains, such as handprints, scrub gently with a soft brush dipped in diluted neutral detergent.
- It is ideal not to wash the product in order to maintain the paraffin coating for a long time. For general dirt, please hand wash gently. The texture and characteristics of the paraffin coating will be lost, but you will be able to enjoy the softer, comfortable feel of the canvas.
- Discoloration and color migration can be caused especially when wet.
- Mold and stains may occur on canvas in hot and humid environments. Please store in a ventilated shade.
- The tag is made of genuine leather and therefore may stretch or shrink a little. Also wetting with water or sweat may cause color fading or stains.
- The tassel made of silk may fade or discolor due to friction, moisture, or ultraviolet rays.
- Keep out of reach of infants.
