Stolpman Hilltops Syrah and Morét-Brealynn Rosé of Pinot Noir
Stolpman Vineyards has been farming the Ballard Canyon AVA in Santa Barbara Wine Country since 1990. Their Hilltops Syrah is drawn from a high-elevation ridge block that yields intensely concentrated fruit, with notes of charred dark fruit, toast, anise, and fresh herbs layered over a creamy, chalk-driven richness. 750ml. Paired with the 2024 Morét-Brealynn Rosé of Pinot Noir from the Santa Lucia Highlands — a crisp, dry rosé with pomegranate, raspberry, and watermelon notes and a beautifully textured finish. Morét-Brealynn is a boutique label helmed by Mexican-American winemaker Morét Brealynn Chavez, named by Food and Wine Magazine as one of California's Top 15 New Wineries. Praised by Wine Spectator, Jeb Dunnuck, and Somm Journal with 90 to 93 points. 750ml.

Theopolis Cuvee Cerise and Petite Sirah
Theopolis Vineyards is a Black-owned, small-lot vineyard and winery located in California's Yorkville Highlands of the Anderson Valley, founded by Theodora R. Lee, known in the wine world as "Theo-patra, Queen of the Vineyards." The Cuvee Cerise is a Rhone-style red blend with notes of cherry, mulberry, dark chocolate, and a bright, mouthwatering finish (93 points, Wine Enthusiast). Paired with the Theopolis Petite Sirah, a structured, full-bodied red from the same acclaimed estate. Both are exceptional small-production California wines. 750ml each.
