FeedingOmnivorous bottom-feeder. Accepts sinking pellets, flakes, frozen foods (bloodworms, daphnia, brine shrimp), and occasional live foods. Benefits from a varied diet for optimal health and coloration.
Tank MatesPeaceful and best kept with small to medium-sized community fish such as tetras, rasboras, danios, and dwarf cichlids. Avoid large or aggressive species that may harass or outcompete them.
