Pack Features
- Made with heavy duty 600 D Nylon
- Pass-through Velcro hydration tube slots on the top panel
- Heavy duty carry and drag handle
- Adjustable, padded, contoured shoulder straps
- Backup metal shoulder strap buckles in case the main straps or buckles fail
- Sternum strap and quick release waist belt
- Drain grommets at the bottom
- Asymmetric 2-way zipper on the main compartment, opens lower on one side
- MOLLE webbing on the front and side panels
- Padded foam back with removable plastic stiffener panel
Quality Guide
These packs have been previously used and issued by the US military. Please use the quality guide below to determine which pack is right for you. Many of these packs have an issue with the seam holding the top of the shoulder strap to the pack. This may be present in any condition of these packs except Excellent condition. If present, this is a minor repair that can be easily made with a needle and thread.
- Excellent - These packs will show only very minor signs of use and be free of holes, snags, rips, or anything like that.
- Very Good - Fully functional packs that should be free of any kind of major problem. These packs will be starting to show signs of wear that could be starting to fray at the top of the shoulder straps, or just starting to wear through around the edges of the stiffener, and may contain a very small hole.
- Good - These packs will show moderate signs of wear throughout the pack. These packs are still fully functional and can be used as originally intended, however you may notice more fraying, writing, stains, or small holes (up to an inch or two) in some places of the pack, moreso than the Very Good packs.
- Acceptable - These packs are in rougher condition and will show very heavy signs of use throughout the pack. These packs will have seams starting to come apart, specifically on the top panel of the pack where the back stiffener is located, and are likely to have the shoulder strap attachment point fraying as well. Please reference the last product photos to view this damage. The packs are still functional but will be dirty, have writing or stains, and rips or tears in the fabric (two or three inches).
- Damaged - These packs will usually have a large rip across the seam where the stiffener is inserted almost completely across. The shoulder straps may also be fraying apart where they attach to the pack.

Great stimulation for a 'busy' pup

I’ll admit I was a little skeptical since my German Shepherd is well over the recommended weight limit for this ball, but it’s been a huge hit. Even though it’s technically for smaller breeds, it has held up remarkably well so far. I’ve mostly kept it on the gentle mode, and that’s more than enough to grab her attention and keep her occupied for quite a while. The design is actually much tougher than the warnings suggest; the two halves screw together so securely that she hasn't been able to pry it open, which is impressive for a tough chewer. It’s been a great way to keep her mentally engaged indoors without worrying about the toy falling apart immediately.

Recommended for Small, Mellower Dogs, not the destructive, chewy kind

My dog loved this ball, maybe a little too much. He attacked it like it was a wild animal and left teeth marks and tears in the outer plastic. I decided to give it to my cats instead, who initially were very intrigued by it. The buff kitty even chirped to see it. He would roll around with it as it vibrated and hopped, but after a while he wasn’t that interested. I think I can get them to play with it if I don’t use it with them every day, maybe wait a few weeks between playtimes. Perhaps it is a little too large for cats. My dog, who is less than 30 lbs., might be too big for it, or maybe just his mouth is, or maybe because he’s a Boston Terrier and he always feels like it’s his duty to destroy all toys (all my Bostons were like that). But I don’t think I will let him have it again. Maybe a toy breed or puppy might be more of the appropriate size for this ball. Or someone who isn’t as destructive.
The instructions are almost unreadable because the text is so small. I couldn’t understand what I was supposed to do with the “installation process.” I did figure out how to turn it on and off by myself, however. There are four modes when it is on: gentle, normal, active, and lighting only (no vibration).
As a human, it is a fun thing to watch, even if it is just for the light show.

SMELLS MUSTY
Opened it up for our pup on his bday and it smelled like pure mold. We had to throw it out because it was just terrible smelling and we didn't want our pup to even put it in his mouth!
