Upgrade your ignition system and eliminate the headache of points and condensers forever. The PerTronix Ignitor is the industry standard for reliable, maintenance-free electronic ignition. Specifically designed for Type 1 (1968-1973) applications running 009 or 050 distributors, this self-contained unit fits entirely under your distributor cap for a clean, factory look.
The Ignitor delivers twice the voltage to your spark plugs, increasing horsepower, improving fuel economy, and extending spark plug life. With its Adaptive Dwell technology, this system maintains peak energy throughout the entire RPM range, virtually eliminating misfires and ensuring your engine performs at its best—whether you're idling at a stoplight or at wide-open throttle.
Why Upgrade to the PerTronix Ignitor?
