Ingredients: Blue Vervain 

Common use:

Promotes nervous system health; supports calm mood; eases irritability & occasional stress; premenstrual stress; promotes relaxation; occasional sleeplessness; soothes digestion; cramps; supports liver & gallbladder function; upper respiratory health.

Suggested directions:

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste. NOT TO BE USED DURING PREGNANCY.
