We offer a convenient collection service for customers unable to recycle their Christmas trees independently. Collected trees are transported to the government recycling facility in the New Territories, where they are mulched for use in public parks, gardens, and landscaping projects.
How to Arrange Collection
Schedule your tree collection by selecting your area and preferred date from the drop-down menu during booking. Collection is available from your building or house entrance.
Collection Requirements
- Timing: Collections occur between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on your chosen date. Exact times cannot be guaranteed. If you will be unavailable, place your tree in your building’s designated recycling area by 9:00 AM.
- Missed Collections: If you are not home and the tree is not in the recycling area, no alternative collection will be arranged.
- Apartment Buildings: Trees must be placed at the front door of the building. The collection team cannot enter houses or apartments.
- Needles and Damage: The collection team is not responsible for needles or any damage to your building during removal. To avoid concerns, bring your tree to the ground floor for collection.
- Booking: Time slots are limited. Book early to secure your preferred date.

A local tree-burning event will be held. Further details will be shared closer to the date.
