Questo Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore DOC “Spelt” della Fattoria La Valentina affina 4 mesi in acciaio, all’esterno e viene imbottigliato senza chiarifiche e stabilizzazioni forzate. Un vino fresco e di bell'equilibrio, dai profumi intensi e gradevoli e dal palato ricco ed elegante.
È perfetto per un aperitivo a base di salumi o torte salate, si sposa bene anche con piatti a media speziatura e grassezza.
