A True Alaskan Specialty

The result is a luxurious seafood delicacy — rich yet refined — that embodies the art of traditional Alaskan smoking.

A: Black Cod (Sablefish) is not a true cod — it’s a deepwater species prized for its rich, buttery texture and higher oil content, which make it ideal for smoking.

Q: Is the fish ready to eat?

A: Yes, it’s fully hot-smoked and ready to enjoy straight from the package.

Q: How is it best served?

A: Serve chilled with crème fraîche and caviar, or flake into warm dishes such as pasta, risotto, or salads.

Q: Is it sustainably sourced?

A: Yes — our Black Cod is responsibly harvested from MSC-certified Alaskan fisheries, ensuring environmental sustainability.

Q: Can it be paired with other gourmet products?

A: Absolutely. Its buttery, smoky profile pairs perfectly with Beluga, Kaluga, or Baerii Caviar and Isigny Ste Mère Crème Fraîche for a refined tasting experience.

Flexibility and clean desk space!!!
Bought three of these for my home office. Two for Synology NAS drives and one for a Mac Studio. The size ranges make this the perfect product to get everything off my desk. A little difficult to install with the desk upright so I suggest turning it on its side or over completely. In my case, I have these in sit stand desks which is great.

Decent bracket, Non-beveled screw holes cause complications
The screws that secure the mount to the underside of the desk stick out enough to cause the inner dimensions to change. I had to use the next hole down to increase the size of the bracket to accommodate my device, resulting in a less secure mount than desired. If the holes were beveled so that the screws fit more flush with the mount I'd be able to give it 5 stars. But the inner dimensions are not entirely as advertised due to the screws. Quality is up to standard otherwise, installation is relatively straightforward, price point is fine for a bracket of this size.

Great mount!
Great under desk NAS mount. Adjustable and sturdy, easy to install. Worked well for my Qnap TR-004 four slot DAS. I used 5/64 drill bit for the holes. Since my desk has a rear lip I reused rear stopper bit as a headphone hanger. I bend it slightly to a hook shape.
