Chicken Salad with Green Onions

This is my very own personal chicken salad recipe that I developed after having tried it at a deli years ago. I often make this on a Sunday and nibble on it all week long. 

Ingredients Used:

  • chicken breasts
  • water/chicken stock to cook chicken
  • mayo
  • green onions
  • salt and pepper
