Please note: If no gift message is included in your order, a greeting card will NOT be included in your gift box.

Q. Can I personalize the box with any name?
A. Yes — every box is custom printed with the recipient's name, title, font, and box design of your choice. Add all details in the personalization field at checkout.

Q. Is this only available in sage green?
A. This listing is specifically designed for sage green weddings. We also offer flower girl proposal boxes in other color themes including lilac, burgundy, blush pink, and more — see our full collection for all options.

Q. Can I order multiple boxes for different girls at different addresses?
A. Each order ships to one address. For multiple boxes going to different addresses, please place separate transactions — one per address.

Q. How long does production take?
A. Standard production is 3-5 business days. Need it sooner? Add our Expedited Production Service at checkout and we will have your gift ready within 48 hours.

Q. Can this box also work as a wedding day thank-you gift?
A. Absolutely. It is just as beautiful as a thank-you on the wedding day as it is for the proposal moment. The personalization makes it feel intentional either way.

Q. What if my item arrives damaged?
A. Please send us photos of the packaging (inside and outside) and at least 3 images of the damaged item from different angles within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it with the exact same item once the claim requirements are met. We do not issue refunds or discounts for damaged items.

Q. Can I request a custom design or color variation not shown in the photos?
A. We love custom requests. Contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. For bulk or custom orders, please reach out directly.

Q. Can this box work for a junior bridesmaid instead of a flower girl?
A. Yes — simply note the title you would like on the box (e.g., Junior Bridesmaid) in the personalization field at checkout.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Tumbler: Hand wash only. Do not put in the dishwasher. Not microwave safe. Names are made with professional premium grade adhesive outdoor vinyl — not engraved or painted. Do not use a sponge over the name. Gently hand wash while avoiding the vinyl name or graphic to preserve longevity. Accessories: Wipe clean with a soft cloth.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. When filing a claim with UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard, you must keep all packaging materials and damaged goods exactly as received — carriers require photographs for claims processing. Do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods until the claim is complete.

All shipments are insured up to $100 by the carrier. For orders over $100, additional coverage is provided through ParcelGuard. We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered during transit. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our policies.

This Marsail executive office chair is excellent, and it brings together comfort, support and a clean professional look in a very practical way. The PU leather has a smooth, polished presence that suits a desk chair well without looking overly bulky. I appreciate that the design includes flip-up armrests, a height-adjustable seat, swivel movement and rolling mobility in one complete chair. The cushioning gives the chair a substantial seated feel, while the back design adds support without making the chair look heavy. It is an office chair that feels thoughtfully built for daily desk work, focused tasks and general seated comfort. The chair arrived securely protected and in very good condition, with the main parts kept in place well through transit. The PU leather surfaces looked clean, smooth and free from distracting marks when unpacked. The base, wheels, armrests, backrest and hardware all appeared properly finished and ready for assembly. Nothing about the chair parts looked loose, flimsy or poorly handled when it arrived. The included components were organized. The appearance of this chair is one of its strongest qualities because it has a dark, sleek and professional style. The flip-up armrests blend into the design nicely and add a cleaner profile when raised.
