With a life span of 25 years this ration meal ensures you are prepared for those worst case scenario. All you need to do when prparing a single meal is remove 70g of dry mix from the can into a solid container. Bring to the boil 175ml of water, stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly, cover and let the food stand for 4-5 minutes, stir, season to taste and serve.
