Cooling: CBD Cooling Balm is applied to the skin for fast-acting cooling relief for sore muscles, aches and pains.

HOW WE USE IT

So you are likely asking how should one use this?  Start by massaging a small amount (think a dime size thin layer) of balm onto the sore areas and tah-dah!  Let it go to work in relieving soreness/tightness and also relieving some of those aches and pains.
