Монографію присвячено дослідженню теоретико-правових та практичних аспектів утворення права в Україні крізь призму аналітичної розробки та теоретичного обґрунтування комунікативно-інституційного підходу до його пізнання. У праці здійснено аналіз історії формування уявлень про правоутворення; з’ясовано переваги положень типів правопізнання для подальшого дослідження правоутворення як самостійного правового явища, а також визначено функціональні можливості методології наукового дослідження правоутворення. Обґрунтовано переваги застосування комунікативно-інституційного методологічного підходу до наукового дослідження утворення права, розкрито закономірності утворення права як самостійної юридичної категорії. Проаналізовано теоретико-правові аспекти і практичне значення факторів правоутворення, здійснено їх класифікацію, обґрунтовано наявність форм утворення права та надано їх характеристику, розкрито процесуальні основи утворення права. Аналіз процесу утворення права в Україні дав змогу автору з’ясувати перспективи розвитку права в Україні, здійснити їх узагальнення в межах комплексу напрямів розвитку правоутворення в Україні, а також встановити і обґрунтувати шляхи вдосконалення правоутворення.

Miracle in a bottle!
This was a lifesaver, I got badly burnt just walking for several miles one day. It was only in the 80's, not 100 degree's but still hot. Where I live there is a poor air quality, too. I have sensitive skin and this did not irritate it. So that was a plus! My only issue was it's a little tacky, sticky after you apply it. So don't apply right before bed, unless you want to be stuck to your sheets. If you're in dire need of relief and to reduce the redness, this is what you want, it is a miracle in a bottle!
