Smooth paraxanthine energy, sharp nootropic focus, and real-deal performance doses you can see.

Unmatched BH2K is a high-stim pre-workout that focuses on giving you strong energy and sharp focus without dumping a ton of regular caffeine. It covers pumps, endurance, and strength with doses that actually matter. Everything's fully listed—no prop blends hiding stuff. You know exactly what you're getting.

The star here is 300mg enfinity® paraxanthine. It's the main thing that makes caffeine work, but taking it straight skips the body's slow processing step. That means energy feels more even and less jittery. Studies and user feedback say it's cleaner than high-caffeine stuff. At 300mg, it's a solid dose—above the 200mg that's often studied—so you'll feel a good, steady push.

For pumps, it's 6,000mg of 3D Pump Breakthrough®, which mixes L-citrulline, glycerol, and amla extract. From what we know, that's about 3g citrulline, 1.2g glycerol, and 165mg amla in the 6g. Citrulline boosts nitric oxide for better blood flow, glycerol pulls water into muscles for that full look, and amla helps with vessels and fights oxidation. Together, you get pumps that feel bigger and last longer. Sure, 3g citrulline is under the usual 6-8g if it was alone, but with the others, it's a smarter combo.

Unmatched BH2K Pre by Unmatched contains 600mcg Vitamin B6, a standard dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 300mg enfinity® paraxanthine — a solid stim hit using caffeine's main active part instead of plain caffeine. You get that alert, motivated feel without the rough edges high-caffeine pre-workouts often bring.
  • 6,000mg 3D Pump Breakthrough® — hits pumps from different angles with citrulline, glycerol, and amla extract. That means better blood flow, hydrated muscles, and good vascular support for pumps that feel fuller and stick around longer than basic citrulline-only stuff.
  • 3,200mg beta-alanine — hits the sweet spot from studies to boost muscle carnosine. It's all about helping your muscles handle intense work longer, so you push past the burn and get more reps.
  • 2,000mg L-tyrosine — a hefty dose for focus and handling stress in a pre-workout. It's the building block for dopamine and other brain chemicals, super helpful when you're tired or in a tough session needing mental edge.
  • 2,000mg CreGAAatine® — a patented mix of creatine and guanidinoacetic acid that loads creatine into cells better than regular creatine. It's here for strength, power, and even some brain energy support—way more than just a label filler.
  • 1,000mg acetyl-L-carnitine — the form that gets to your brain to help with energy production and focus. It makes the whole thing feel mentally dialed in, not just a wild stim rush.
  • 250mg Cognizin® citicoline — a trusted choline source for brain support. It helps make acetylcholine for better focus and attention during those grinding workouts.
  • 100mg CognatiQ® — a studied dose of coffee fruit extract that boosts BDNF quickly. It adds a cool brain-performance boost for better reactions and mental drive.

Unmatched BH2K Pre by Unmatched contains 600mcg Vitamin B6, a standard dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters chasing hypertrophy with high-volume splits like push/pull/legs or upper/lower who want visible pumps and stronger late sets. 3D Pump Breakthrough® boosts flow and fullness, 3.2g beta-alanine fights burn.
  • Seasoned stim fans wanting big energy without caffeine's rough ride. 300mg enfinity® paraxanthine delivers cleaner, more even push than typical high-caffeine options.
  • Folks training after long days needing mental sharpness fast. 2g L-tyrosine, 250mg Cognizin® citicoline, 100mg CognatiQ®, and 1g acetyl-L-carnitine help focus and handle stress.
  • Athletes in buildup phases or dense workouts where fatigue kills output. 3.2g beta-alanine and CreGAAatine® support endurance and power for metabolic demands.
  • People who dig transparent labels and checking doses against science, not blind trust in blends. BH2K lists everything clear—still rare in pre-workouts.
  • Gym goers wanting nootropic vibes plus performance, not pure stims. Great for focus, connection, and steady sessions over just intensity.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 10-14 oz cold water and drink 20-30 minutes pre-training. That gives paraxanthine and nootropics time to ramp up, while beta-alanine and pumps build during. New to high-stims? Try half scoop first—300mg enfinity® paraxanthine is no joke. Shaker helps it mix smooth, especially with the pump stuff. Empty stomach speeds it up, but a light meal 1-2 hours before can make heavy stims feel better. Skip extra caffeine like energy drinks unless you're tolerant. Stack with daily creatine, electrolytes, or intra carbs if needed. No need to cycle beta-alanine or creatine, but break from stims now and then keeps it fresh. Keep it sealed in a cool spot to avoid clumps and keep taste good.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: mixes easy, feels light—no heavy sweetness or thick vibe. Minutes 10-20: energy ramps from 300mg enfinity® paraxanthine, beta-alanine tingles might start. Minutes 20-40: full kick-in with mental sharpness from tyrosine, Cognizin®, CognatiQ®, and acetyl-L-carnitine, plus building pumps from 3D Pump Breakthrough®. Minutes 40-90: stays steady unlike crashy caffeine pre's, keeping session quality up. Days 1-7: focus and stims hit right away, tingles get familiar. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine carnosine builds, CreGAAatine® supports stack up, making it feel like a real training buddy, not just a buzz.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Unmatched BH2K Pre-Workout?

The label does not list caffeine anhydrous. Instead, BH2K uses 300mg enfinity® paraxanthine, which is the primary metabolite responsible for many of caffeine’s stimulant and ergogenic effects. In real-world use, this still qualifies as a strong stimulant formula, but the experience is often described as cleaner and more predictable than standard caffeine-heavy pre-workouts.

Is BH2K a high-stim pre-workout?

Yes. The 300mg enfinity® paraxanthine dose is firmly in high-stim territory, especially when combined with 2g L-tyrosine and a full nootropic stack that intensifies perceived mental drive and workout engagement.

What does 3D Pump Breakthrough® actually do in this formula?

BH2K uses 6g of 3D Pump Breakthrough®, a trademarked blend of citrulline, glycerol, and amla extract. That means the pump effect is built through multiple pathways: nitric oxide support from citrulline, cellular hydration from glycerol, and vascular/antioxidant support from amla.

Why is beta-alanine set at 3.2g?

Because 3.2g is the established lower end of the clinical range used to increase muscle carnosine. This matters for performance because carnosine buffers the acidic byproducts of hard training, helping delay fatigue during repeated high-intensity efforts.

Will BH2K make me tingle?

Probably, yes. The 3.2g beta-alanine dose is enough for many users to feel paresthesia, the harmless tingling or prickly sensation commonly associated with clinically dosed beta-alanine products.

Is BH2K fully transparent?

Yes. There are no proprietary blends in the verified formula, and each active ingredient is disclosed with its dose. That makes BH2K easier to evaluate honestly than many pre-workouts that list flashy ingredients but hide the actual milligrams.

How does BH2K compare to a standard caffeine pre-workout?

Most standard pre-workouts rely on caffeine as the main event and may add a token focus ingredient. BH2K takes a different route with enfinity® paraxanthine for stimulation plus a serious nootropic stack of tyrosine, Cognizin®, CognatiQ®, and acetyl-L-carnitine for a more layered performance profile.

Can I stack BH2K with creatine?

Yes. BH2K already includes 2g CreGAAatine®, but many athletes still choose to add standalone creatine monohydrate daily to ensure they hit the classic 3-5g maintenance range. That is especially useful if you want guaranteed saturation-level support independent of your pre-workout serving.

Should I take BH2K every day or only on training days?

Most users will take it on training days, but ingredients like beta-alanine and the creatine-related components produce their best results through consistency over time. If you do not want daily stimulant intake, you can use BH2K on training days and cover beta-alanine or creatine with separate standalone products on off days.

Is BH2K good for pump-focused workouts, or is it mainly for energy?

It is both, but the formula leans especially strong in energy and focus. The 6g 3D Pump Breakthrough® blend gives it a legitimate pump angle, but the standout identity is the combination of high-stim paraxanthine energy with an unusually complete nootropic support system.

Good beverage choice to mix your colonoscopy prep powder in.
Flavor Name: Kiwi Strawberry, Size: 16.9 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)
In preparation for a colonoscopy I was allowed to mix the required prep powder in any flavored water beverage that replenishes electrolytes as long as the color was clear. I dislike water and am not good at drinking the daily minimum requirement. I had to find something I could tolerate especially with my having to drink 64 ounces in a matter of a few hours. So I started my Amazon search and based on the reviews, I purchased both the Propel Strawberry-Kiwi and the Melon flavors. I was taking a chance that at least one of the two flavors would work for me. The Strawberry-Kiwi albeit on the sweet side surprisingly tasted good after I added a ton of ice and made slushes. I really didn’t taste the Kiwi but the strawberry came through. The melon was less sweet but I did not get a real taste of melon flavor, just a hint. Since I only needed 64 ounces and each bottle is 16 oz, I only had to use 4 of the 24 bottles I purchased leaving me with 20. I’m going to continue making slushes but plan on adding fresh strawberries and melon to the mix and this way hopefully drink more while getting electrolytes. One Amazon review I read was by a couple who drank Propel daily and really felt sluggish if they skipped a day. I am hoping that by the end of consuming 20 bottles, I will also see a difference in my energy levels. The cost of Propel was extremely reasonable compared to like brands that in my opinion weren’t any different except for price. Even though Propel is sugar free, it does contain sucralose. As a I diabetic, I am not supposed to have any sugar substitutes other than stevia, but since sucralose is not one of the primary ingredients, and pretty far down the ingredient list, those 64 ounces I drank had a minimal (if any) effect on my blood sugar.

LAVAZZA
Flavor Name: Espresso, Size: 35.2 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This is my go-to coffee for a smooth, rich espresso every morning. The medium roast has a perfect balance without any bitter aftertaste. Since they are whole beans, the freshness and aroma are top-notch once ground. It’s a great value for a high-quality 100% Arabica blend!

The Best Coffee Beans in the World for the Price
Flavor Name: Espresso, Size: 35.2 Ounce (Pack of 1)
First of all, my headline is an opinion. I understand that coffee is beloved by most of humanity and that it engenders strong opinions, so don't be offended if you disagree. Let me state my case and build some background and context: 1. I drink coffee black. If folks are putting cream and sugar into their coffee, or making espresso drinks with milk like lattes or Cappuccinos, I feel as though they don't have to worry quite as much about things like acidity/bitterness in coffee because milk changes the taste a lot. If you also drink coffee black, this review is perfect for you. 2.. This review is meant for people who intend to brew these coffee beans with a classic Drip Coffee Maker or a French Press. This is because these are the only methods I've used to brew the coffee. While these beans from Lavazza are called "Espresso Roast Coffee", that does not mean they can only be used for Espresso. If a coffee roaster labels something an "Espresso Roast", it simply means that roaster believes the beans would do well when prepared as an Espresso. That does not mean it can't also be used via other preparation methods. There is a little picture/symbol on the front of the package that indicates this is also good when prepared as Drip Coffee or via French Press. 2. While this particular "Espresso Roast" is not the only type of coffee beans from Lavazza that can be used for drip coffee, I would recommend sticking to varieties that are labeled "100% arabica." There are two types of coffee beans: Arabica and Robusta. Like anything else, you could Google this and find 2 full pages of info to read regarding the differences between these two bean types. But the easiest breakdown seems to be that Robusta beans are more intense (or robust, guess it's in the name) but often more bitter. The bitterness especially becomes present when the coffee is slowly brewed as drip coffee. This is why Lavazza has lots of varieties so you would need to use their website to determine the full list of products they sell that are 100% arabica. You will see that they only have the icon indicating the coffee is good to be prepared as drip coffee for their 100% arabica blends, going along with what I'm saying. 3. Going back to point 2, this is what makes Lavazza Whole Bean Espresso Roast so amazing. There is simply no bitterness regardless of how strong you make it. When you look at Lavazza's description of tasting notes for this blend, they mention Floral and fruity notes. This is where I always feel dumb as I don't personally get those notes. For me it's extremely rich, full bodied, and I get those nice chocolatey, roasty notes. I don't mean like dark chocolate or deeply roasted notes like I would get from a dark roast, because you can clearly tell it's a medium roast. More of a milk chocolate type of flavor profile. I definitely don't get the fruity/floral notes Lavazza mentions, which for me is good as those are not my preferred flavors. I'm not saying that those listed flavor notes are purely just subjective or matter of opinion, but I taste what I taste. At the end of the day, in my mind what makes the coffee quality is that even when you brew it much stronger than what you might say is average, there's simply no acidity or bitterness. If you purchase the 2.2 pound bag and drink this coffee for a month straight (or however long the bag lasts) and then go back to major American brands, like ones with initials like SB or DD, the acidity and bitterness will become obvious immediately. 4. Regarding point 3, am I saying there are no American Coffee Brands or American Coffee Roasters that make good coffee that isn't bitter and acidic? No I'm not. What I'm saying is that those will be boutique coffee roasters or smaller brands that will be much more expensive than this Lavazza Coffee. Are there any big American Coffee Brands that make coffee like Lavazza? I'm saying NO. Flat out, unequivocally, no. Lavazza is a billion dollar Italian brand. I love to support local companies when possible, but they are not going to be price competitive with Lavazza. So as your everyday coffee, if price is important to you like it is to most, then obviously it's all about finding the best for the cheapest. Queue this coffee. 5. This coffee should run you no more than $18 full price for 2.2 pounds as of December 2024. You may occasionally see it priced higher, this means it's sold out through Lavazza directly and a third party seller has jacked up the price. I would not purchase the coffee from any other seller than Lavazza so watch out for that. Just as importantly, YOU DO NOT have to pay $18 every time if you watch for sales. There are frequent sales of anywhere from $2-$5. So you can get this for as cheap as $13 which is an absolute steal for 2.2 pounds of this glorious coffee. It's still a great deal at $18 for the quality, but at $13 or $14 it's the ultimate no brainer. Maybe order 2 bags when it's on sale. 6. You don't get to control how fresh the beans are when you receive them which sucks. But to Lavazza's credit, they often arrive within 6 weeks of the packaging date. This is also to their credit: They have the date the beans were packaged on the side, not just the expiration date. The key thing to know is that there is indeed a big difference if you are drinking 4-6 week old beans (never got them fresher than that) vs 3 or 4 month old beans. The difference in freshness is pronounced both in the taste and even more so the smell. This is just the reality of ordering this coffee at this amazing price, have to trust you will get it relatively fresh. For my experience, I have for the most part. Bottom Line: If you are an American like me mostly making and drinking drip coffee, and maybe not as sophisticated as an Espresso drinker, drinking this Lavazza coffee will make you realize that other brands you have been consuming are acidic and bitter when brewed as drip coffee. You will probably either place this on Autoship if that's your kind of thing, or at the very least you will order it again. But I guess you will have to take the chance on it to find out. I don't think $18 (at most) is that big a risk.
