La bocca si rivela fresca, vibrante e ricca di energia, con tannini gentili molto ben integrati nella trama e una ben presente spalla acida.Il Chianti Classico DOCG “Borgo” di San Felice rappresenta il complesso terroir della zona classica proponendo un Chianti espressivo, tipico e preciso nella componente gusto-olfattiva. Note fruttate e floreali ci regalano infatti un sorso dinamico e ricco d’estratto, molto piacevole alla degustazione. Le uve di sangiovese e pugnitello provengono da terreni di medio impasto e ricchi di scheletro, dove prevalgono argille di origine calcareo-marnosa. Sono raccolte alla giusta maturazione e vinificate separatamente in acciaio. Quindi il vino ottenuto affina per circa 12 mesi in botte grande di rovere di Slavonia, per garantire struttura, complessità e concentrazione aromatica. Da bere subito o da lasciare in cantina anche per 10 anni.
Ottimo con carni rosse arrosto o brasate, con primi piatti importanti e con formaggi stagionati.

Updated review: spitting and splintering
UPDATE:
Originally, one of the boards arrived with a split in it, but I was still happy with them. After a few weeks of light use, hand washing and drying of the boards, I figured it was time to update this review and knock these down to 1 star.
The boards do not hold up very well. Cut marks are deep, and they are starting to splinter. Another of the boards has also developed a split.
Save your money and go with cutting boards from someone else.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I bought these cutting boards to cut down on microplastic exposure. This would be a 5 star review except that one of the boards arrived cracked (noticed while hand washing all of them before use). Despite the one cracked board, I did not return them, as I immediately started using the boards, was too busy to deal with it at the time, and the overall value was still there.
These boards are great, the value is excellent since you get several of different sizes. I like that all sizes have the moat for juices, because sometimes you are cutting one or two chicken breasts or one steak and don’t want to have to grab a big board.
I honestly am writing this review because I wouldn’t be surprised if the company sends me a replacement. If they do, I will update the review to reflect their customer service.

Worth the money

The Best buy for my kitchen
