Scarcely Encountered Third Reich Judicial Grouping-This awesome offering includes the robe and cap belonging to a judge. The robe is produced in a black cotton/rayon blend material that remains in good condition. There is minor wear, discoloration and fading throughout. The cuffs are extra large and produced in soft black velvet. The collar is lined in black velvet; this extends down each side of the closure seam. The robe has a three hook and loop closures. There is a drop dead gorgeous, toned silver bullion army type eagle hand applied to the upper right breast. The interior, at the neck, has a tailor tag. This is unfortunately heavily worn and thus illegible. Next, the cap which is unique to judges. It is produced in the same black material as the robe (black velvet sides and black cloth top panel). The interior is fully lined in black rayon and there is a full brown leather sweatband. There appears to have once been a moisture shield but this is missing. The sweatband has a few tears but is very soft. This is a scarcely encountered grouping!
