Chamomile is one of the most widely used herbs around the world, and with good reason! In addition to calming stress and digestive upsets, Chamomile eases muscle spasms, and is a great bath herb to soothe irritated skin and sunburn.

Ingredients: Chamomile leaf

Common use:

Relieves gas, bloating, upset stomach, nervous indigestion and digestive discomforts associated with overeating; soothes gastrointestinal system; eases menstrual cramps, muscle cramps and spasms; calms nervous system; relieves occasional sleeplessness.

Other Uses:

Soothes irritated skin (bath, skin wash, compress, salve); supports upper respiratory health (inhalant); astringent skin tonic; hair rinse (lightens fair & blond hair).

Suggested directions:

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of whole herb. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS WHO ARE ALLERGIC TO RAGWEED AND OTHER RELATED PLANTS.
