Three hundred small scale coffee producers contribute to this exceptional coffee. In Colombia, most coffee producers work small plots of land, typically less than 5 acres. If the producers don't work together their coffees can often be over looked by roasters seeking higher volumes. Together this community grows the coffee at very high elevations between 1,700 - 2,000 meters above sea level.
This coffee is incredibly sweet and complex without sacrificing a balanced profile that makes it enjoyable to drink nonstop.
