- Mourvèdre - 20 year old vines in White’s Valley, McLaren Vale.

WINEMAKING
The Entrada GMT takes its cue from the bright and fresh Joven (‘young’) wines of Spain. Early picked for vibrancy. Cold soaked for 2-3 days, partial whole bunch fermentation, pressed to seasoned French Barriques for short maturation.
