Description
The KME Sharpener Low Profile Jaws are the upgraded replacement for the original clamp jaws. Since September 2013, all kits produced include these low profile jaws as standard equipment. These jaws are specifically designed for the KME Sharpener and are compatible with older models of the system.
With the low profile standard jaws, you can sharpen much smaller knives than with the original jaws. The design also allows for much lower sharpening angles on all knives, providing greater versatility in your sharpening process.
Despite their smaller size, the low profile jaws offer exceptional grip strength to securely hold the blades during sharpening. They also provide increased stone clearance, ensuring efficient and effective sharpening across a wide range of blade sizes and shapes.
