The Pilot Shirt Built by Pilots, for Pilots

JetSeam doesn't guess at what works in a cockpit—they ask the professionals who spend entire shifts there. This men's pilot shirt combines professional appearance with real-world performance: 4-way stretch fabric that moves when you reach for controls, open-top pockets designed for badge clips, and a modern tapered cut that follows current industry trends without sacrificing comfort. Every detail is tested, pilot-approved, and built to handle the demands of professional aviation.

What Makes It Special

  • White Label 4-Way Stretch Fabric: 58% polyester/32% cotton/10% spandex for superior movement

  • Pilot-Tested Design: Developed with feedback from working airline pilots
  • Badge Clip Friendly: Open-top pockets designed for easy access
  • Built-In Organization: Integrated pen holders keep essentials at hand
  • Neck Liner: Professional finish and comfort
  • Rigorously Tested: Lab-tested for pilling resistance, colorfastness, and shrinkage
  • Minimal Shrinkage: Less than 1% with normal washing and drying

Performance Testing

JetSeam pilot shirts undergo strict testing at top fabric mills:

  • Pilling Resistance: 3.5/5 rating after 30 washes (minimal pilling even in stress areas like shoulders)
  • Colorfastness: 4/5 rating for washing and rubbing—whites stay white for the life of the shirt
  • Shrinkage: <1% ensures consistent fit wash after wash

Basic knowledge of underwriting is necessary to understand.
Format: Paperback
This is a great guide for underwriting multifamily deals for someone with some basic to moderate knowledge of underwriting. I am a new student to this field and have to stop and google some of the acronyms. For a future version, I think adding an extra page for the acronyms used, definition and equation would be helpful. I think that the font could be larger and darker. Adding mathematical formulas in the book would provide visualization as well. Rob can also provide a sample OM for the reader to use with his underwriting model and compare to his completed one. Again, I am a newbie so my review may change as I gain knowledge in this area. I enjoyed listening to Rob on Youtube/Podcast and hope to learn more from him.

great read for underwriters of multifamily deals
Format: Kindle
Rob lays out a succinct and thorough summary of his underwriting process, questions industry standards while sharing his opinions, and discusses risk management and analyses for deals during the underwriting process. Highly recommend for newer and more seasoned underwriters and investors to build or sharpen multifamily underwriting fundamentals and details. He also shares his model as the example.

Full of useful information
Format: Paperback
As context, I've underwritten about 100 deals and attended some basic underwriting classes. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
