+ Cách 1: Pha 1 gói trà Gạo lứt với 250ml nước sôi, ngâm trong 5 phút
+ Cách 2: Cho 1 gói trà gạo lứt vào bình thủy, để trong 30 phút là có thể sử dụng.
Có thể dùng thường xuyên trong ngày.
