Achieve a Flawless, Sand-Free Finish with Freud’s Patented Quadra-Cut Technology

The Freud 34-138 1-3/8" Radius Rounding Over Router Bit is a shop essential designed for woodworkers who demand perfection in decorative edging. Featuring Freud’s patented Quadra-Cut™ 4-cutter design, this bit uses two large cutters that shear upward and two smaller cutters that shear downward to remove material with unparalleled precision. This unique 2+2 cutting geometry eliminates tear-out and "fuzzing," delivering a glass-smooth finish even in difficult cross-grain applications. Whether you are crafting intricate moldings, rounding over heavy table edges, or softening furniture corners, this bit ensures a professional result that requires virtually no rework or sanding.

Engineered for maximum durability, the 34-138 is constructed with TiCo™ Hi-Density Carbide and protected by a non-stick Perma-SHIELD® Coating. This red industrial coating reduces blade drag and prevents the heat and resin buildup that can lead to wood burning and premature tool wear. For added versatility, you can transform this rounding-over profile into a decorative beading profile by simply installing a 1/8" smaller diameter bearing. Designed for use in CNC machines, table-mounted routers, and hand-held units, this bit effortlessly handles solid hardwoods, softwoods, plywood, and abrasive composites.

Key Features

  • Quadra-Cut™ Design: Four cutting edges (2 up-shear and 2 down-shear) provide a splinter-free finish with no rework required.
  • TiCo™ Hi-Density Carbide: Specially formulated titanium-cobalt carbide maximizes tool life and sharpness.
  • Perma-SHIELD® Coating: Non-stick red coating protects against heat, corrosion, and pitch buildup.
  • Beading Versatility: Can be converted to a beading bit with a smaller bearing (sold separately) for dual-profile utility.
  • Vibration-Free Operation: Individually computer-balanced to ensure smooth, precise routing at high speeds.
  • Universal Machine Use: Optimized for high performance in CNC, hand-held, and table-mounted routers.

Pro-Tip: Because of the large diameter and weight of this 1-3/8" radius bit, always use it at a lower speed (maximum 12,000 RPM) to maintain safety and prevent vibration. For the smoothest possible finish on large radii, take two or three progressively deeper passes rather than removing all the material at once.

Fluffy and Nice Omegaverse
Format: Kindle
… this would have made 5 stars but for 2 reasons. A.) there were quite a few typos; misspelled words, missing quotations, “the his” mistakes, and various signs that maybe a proofread would do good. B.) the writing was quite textbook. Late blooming omega is struggling with her new self, finds a absurdly wealthy pack of alphas, every thing is almost insta-love but she resists, then decides to love herself and let everyone be happy. Rian was my favourite (obviously the author’s favourite too because he got the most page time) but I wish we could see more of his CEO side? He went to work maybe ONCE the entire time. Gray was supposed to be the “growly one” but he turned out to be puppy dog. Lucas was a genius brainiac doctor - but also super alpha with an aggressive hindbrain with a breeding k*nk?? And then there was no actual “breeding”?? Spice 3/5 - normally omegaverse books are super high on messy smut but this was tamer. Romance 3/5 - insta-love that was then resisted because of personal hangup’s Plot 2/5 - weird paced head hopping, showing the same scene from different POV’s that made me feel like it was 2 steps backward, 1 step forward. Humour 4/5 - there were a dozen lines that genuinely made me chuckle out loud Would have been five stars but the lack of proofreading and the predictable plot made me unable to get up to ADORED IT level - four stars is still and official ENJOYED IT, y’all. This isn’t a bad rating. The “Club Heat” has intriguing possibilities so I’m going to give the second one a shot.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
