WANDERLUST STORY
When walking through the tea fields of Longjing, I was surrounded by incredible beauty and enveloped with the feeling of stepping back in time. At the bottom of one of the fields stands this wonderful, rugged, fantastical tree. Many tea ceremonies, several cups of tea and several years later, dragon well still is my favourite tea today. The ritualistic style of the tea ceremony still resides with me. Most creations start with pulling out my cast iron tea pot and pouring myself a cup of green tea.
