This 1″ brush highlights long-lasting nylon bristles that are the perfect softness for all your basting needs. These bristles have a high fluid retaining capacity, so whether you dip this brush in water, egg, or butter, it works to dispense this evenly over your pastries as opposed to absorbing it into the bristles. Also, the white bristles on this brush can be used as part of a color-coded system that improves food safety and prevents cross-contamination in your kitchen. With its round design, this brush is perfect for jobs like basting a roast, buttering phyllo dough sheets, or applying an egg wash on large loaves and pastries.
