Crafted with precision, its wild-selected yeast ferments the fresh cane juice over 72–96 hours under controlled temperatures, before being distilled in a copper bain-marie still. The single discontinuous distillation method ensures a pure, crystalline spirit with a silky texture and remarkable depth.  

On the nose, Mater captivates with its aromatic bouquet of lemon blossom, sweet orange, apricot jam, and a delicate marine note laced with thyme and brine. The palate is dry yet clean, delivering a harmonious medley of ripe apricot, candied orange, rosemary, and thyme.
