Krups T8 Type 244 Coffee Maker. First Edition. 1960s GermanyMeet the OG of German coffee royalty: the Krups T8 Type 244. This is not just a coffee maker its the very first edition of the legendary T8 line, designed by Dieter Weissenhorn in Germany at the tail end of the 1960s. Think of it as the Beatles White Album of filter coffee machines: the one that started it all. Meet the OG of German coffee royalty: the Krups T8 Type 244. This is not just a coffee maker – it’s the very first edition of the legendary T8 line, designed by Dieter Weissenhorn in Germany at the tail end of the 1960s. Think of it as the Beatles’ “White Album” of filter coffee machines: the one that started it all.

With its 8-cup capacity, minimalist white finish, and unapologetically functional Bauhaus attitude, this machine doesn't ask for compliments – it just brews. In about five minutes flat. Chrome details? Check. Durable German engineering? Obviously. A design so good it basically told the rest of the world how filter coffee should look? Absolutely.

⚠️ A quick reality check: this is a vintage collectible. It’s over 50 years old and has lived a previous life, so don’t expect “brand new in box.” It shows normal signs of age and use, including a small hairline crack on the top near the handle (see pictures). Doesn't affect function – just adds character (and honesty).

🔌 Runs on 220V, so if you're in the US, UK, Canada or anywhere outside mainland Europe, you'll need a proper adapter/convertor to avoid unpleasant surprises (or worse: smoke signals).

Rescued with love in Vienna, now ready to caffeinate your mornings with a strong dose of history (and caffeine).

Check all pictures and drop us a line if you've got questions – though let's be honest, the only real question here is: how did you live without one of these until now?

Condition: Excellent vintage condition, fully functional, with small cosmetic flaws consistent with age – including a visible hairline crack on the top part near the handle (see photos). Not new, but all the better for it.

Cover too loose.
Size: 300A Fuse Holder
Nice looking, decent quality, versatile for different gauges. My only complaint with this holder is the cover doesn’t stay on very well, bought 3, and all 3 pop off easily, you will need to zip tie on.
