Nose - Sweet barley-driven with vanilla and honeycomb.
Palate - Apple pie with brandy custard; raspberry ripple vanilla ice cream sprinkled with shards of honeycomb and delicate wisps of fairy floss; creme brulee with ginger and lychee sorbet; apricot and raisin chocolate mousse with a caramel sauce.
Finish - Long and satisfying with lasting toffee sweetness.
