Payment
All subscription prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. You can pay for your subscription by credit card (one off transaction fees may apply). All prices are [inclusive] of delivery costs unless otherwise stated (deliveries to rural addresses may incur additional charges that will be notified to you at the commencement and renewal of your subscription). You will receive a receipt to the email address that you have provided. We will endeavour to send you notification of any price changes which may affect you. Price changes will take effect on renewal or on your next subscription period.
Customer details
Any errors made in providing details to Curatif are your responsibility. Curatif will not be liable for consequences that relate to any errors including but not limited to failure to deliver your subscription to the correct address. If you change your address or contact details, you need to advise Curatif as soon as possible to ensure the continuous delivery of your subscription.
Renewing your subscription
Your subscription will renew automatically into the next subscription period. This means we will continue to deliver and charge you for such deliveries until you notify us to stop delivery.
We will endeavour to issue you with a reminder notice before renewal so that you have the opportunity to postpone, upgrade or cancel your subscription before renewal. Once renewal has occurred, we will not be able to process a refund and you will receive your goods as normal.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that subscriptions are non-refundable. In some cases we will refund any monies owing to you but this will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively, you can transfer your remaining subscription to a nominated party. Requests for cancellations will be actioned as soon as possible, however, any refund given can take up to three weeks.
Delivery
We will deliver your subscription monthly during the first week of the calendar month.
Missed Delivery
If a missed delivery occurs for your subscription, please let us know.

PRODUCT WORKS GREAT IF USED CONSISTENLTY!

Paula's Choice Liquid Exfoliant does exactly what it states. After applying the liquid product to my face with a cotton pad, it deeply cleansed the pores and exfoliated the top layer of dead skin cells without the harsh granular feel of most other exfoliants. It is important to continue using it regularly for the best results because, initially, the exfoliated skin was dry and flaky. Using a washcloth helped remove the flaky skin, followed by a moisturizer. After continued use, there was no more flaky skin. It was replaced with a smoother, more evenly toned skin tone.
REMEBER TO USE A LOT OF SUNSCREEN AND TO REAPPLY IT THROUGHOUT THE DAY!

WORTH THE HYPE!

I’ve been using the Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant for a couple of months now, and I can honestly understand why this product has such a loyal following. I mainly bought it to help with the appearance of my pores and blackheads, and I’ve definitely noticed a visible difference since adding it into my routine.
When I first started using it, I did notice a slight tingly feeling on my skin. It didn’t hurt or cause any actual irritation, but it definitely startled me a little at first 😭 Thankfully, it never turned into redness, burning, or discomfort, and my skin adjusted pretty quickly after the first few uses.
I currently use it around 3–4 times a week… or at least I try to, when I remember. Even with me not being perfectly consistent, I’ve still noticed that my pores look smaller and cleaner overall, especially around my nose where I tend to get the most blackheads. My skin texture also feels smoother, and my face just looks a little clearer and more refined in general.
I also appreciate that it’s fragrance-free because my skin can be pretty sensitive at times. The formula feels lightweight and easy to apply, and it layers well with the rest of my skincare products without feeling greasy or heavy.
One thing I’d recommend is easing into it slowly if you’re new to chemical exfoliants, especially if you have sensitive skin. Starting with 1-2 uses a week worked really well for me.
Overall, I’m really happy with this product and definitely plan on continuing to use it. If enlarged pores or stubborn blackheads are something you struggle with, this is genuinely worth trying.

Game changer for clearer skin

I’ve been using this consistently and it has really helped improve my skin texture and keep pores clearer over time. The formula feels lightweight like a liquid toner and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky residue. The quality feels very high and well formulated, especially with the salicylic acid working deep in the pores to help with congestion and breakouts. It also feels gentle when used correctly, and I haven’t experienced irritation.
In terms of value for money, a little goes a long way so the bottle lasts a long time even with regular use, which makes it worth the price. The fit into my routine is easy since it layers well with other skincare products, and the overall appearance of my skin looks smoother and more even with continued use.

Noticeable improvement in skin tone and texture after consistent use. Love this product!

I have been using this product for almost two months now. It is easy to apply, feels nice, I but was unsure about adding it to my long term skin routine. Now, after two months, the noticeable changes and clearing in my blemishes, sun spots and pores has convinced me it will be on the regular, long term routine. I use it twice a day and have no problems with dryness at all. And to be honest, I don't think it took that long for the changes to appear but they were subtle and I just started noticing my make up went on better and my skin had a "glow" it didn't have before. I noticed some reviews commenting on the price but I find it to be extremely reasonably priced for the size and even after two months, I have plenty left to last another two months.

Good, but cheap and messy dispersal of product

This stuff works great. However, the packaging is not. It is messy and you lose product whenever you dispense it. For the price, I don’t want to waste a drop, but product ends up around the top and it makes this messy. Will I continue to purchase? Yes. But only because I have tried other BHAs and they seem a bit harsher on my very delicate skin. I am in the process of trying other brands that have better packaging and once I do, I will not replace. Already, I have found a budget vitamin C that has the same percentage of actives as PC- and a much, much better dispenser. PC sold out a while ago and the brand has just not been impressing me lately. Still, this BHA works well, is non irritating on my fair, delicate, over 50 skin. I just wish the bottle had a stopper that helped it dispense the product in a more controlled manner.
